The apartment was perfect for our needs. The facilities within the building or superb, especially loved the rooftop pool. Whole Foods is literally straight over the road from the building. South Capital Metro station is only a 5 minute walk away. There is also a great selection of restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk from the apartment.
The property was gorgeous and very well maintained. We had access to all of the amenities, however the roof top pool was by far our favorite! If I had to say anything negative, it would be the amount of noise from the highway, but that didn’t interfere with our stay and is of no control of the owners.
Great location next to Capital Hill. 10m walk to the Capital South Metro. Next to whole foods and close to Nationals baseball and DC soccer. King bed could use some additional support bc it lacked a box spring but other than that, phenomenal place to stay. Very quiet. We had 3 kids and were comfortable.
Talya was an excellent host who made sure our entire stay process ran smoothly from check in to check out.
