Haven writes for you in two places: replies to your guests, and the reels and posts you make for Instagram and Facebook. Both can sound like you. You can tell Haven how you write, and it also learns from what you change in its drafts.
Open Settings → Account & Profile → AI assistant. Your voice is the first panel. Its switch has two sides, because a reply to a guest and a caption for a reel are different kinds of writing:
The two never mix. A note you add to one is not used by the other.
Every change saves on its own.
Your voice changes how Haven writes, not what is true. A note cannot make Haven promise a price, a discount, the "best rate", a guarantee, a ranking or an award; notes like that are refused with a reason, and the text stays in the box so you can rephrase it. On Guest messages, a note cannot add a phone number, an email or a link, because the booking platforms forbid contact details. A fact about the listing ("the hot tub seats six") belongs on the listing or in AI knowledge, not in a note, and Haven says so when you add one.
You do not have to write anything for Haven to learn. When you change its draft and use your version, it compares the two and writes down what it notices.
A few minutes later a note appears in the panel, marked Learned: "Short sentences; no exclamation marks". Why shows the reason and the before-and-after it came from. Keep it and Haven will not change or retire it. Remove it and it will not be learned again. A learned note that your later edits contradict is retired on its own.
The account owner and team members who can edit teach the voice; view-only team members and partners do not. Edits made while someone from Haven support is looking at your account are never learned from.
What is kept. For reels and posts, Haven keeps your draft-and-edit pairs for up to six months once it has read them. For guest messages it never keeps the guest's message, removes names and numbers from your reply, and deletes it 30 days after reading it. Your replies themselves never reach another guest: only the notes Haven draws from them are used.
You can also teach your voice by saying so. In the Reel Studio or the reel assistant, say "from now on, no emojis in my captions" and Haven saves it as a note and tells you it did. It saves only lasting preferences. A change to one reel stays with that reel.
The same panel opens from Voice in the Reel Studio header, from the reel assistant, and from Your voice above a creative's Post text, so you can adjust it without leaving the reel.
