Twenty minutes. We look at how you run things today, which software you use, and how you want owners to pay you.

We set you up
We create your partner account and send you a claim link. You add your brand, connect your property manager or Airbnb, and set your fees.

Send your link
Owners join in two steps. Their listings arrive from Airbnb, from your software, or from theirs. Nobody retypes an address.

What it costs

The same three plans every host pays.

Starter $12, Growth $29 and Pro $79 a month, plus $2.99 a month for each listing past what the plan includes. Every owner's listing counts toward your total, so a manager running sixty places pays $108.90 a month on Pro. What you charge owners on top is your decision, and we never see it unless you ask us to collect it.

Questions we get on the call

No. The signup sheet, the dashboard and the emails carry your brand. The one exception is the day you remove an owner: they get an email from us explaining what happened and how to keep their site, because at that point we are the only ones who can.

A place they brought themselves stays theirs: listing, calendar, guests and reviews. We give them thirty days on us and a link to carry on as an ordinary Haven host. A place that lives in your property manager stays with you, and you choose whether to hand them a copy.

Yes. Set an onboarding fee, a monthly fee, a share of each booking, or any mix of the three. We collect it, take card processing off the top, and pay your Stripe account every week. Or bill owners yourself, and we simply show them your terms.
