Toni is a lovely host. She is responsive and informative. The place is located in quiet place. 6-7 mins drive to Queens Park, the inner city of Toowoomba, the Cobb&Co museum and surrounded by other facilities such as little shopping centre and restaurants. You can walk around but we prefer ride our car around. It’s a tidy and generous place to stay for us.(2 adult and 1 child). My little one loves to watch the wildlife activities in the apartment such as birds and bees. Thank you Toni for accomodating our needs during our stay in your place :)

We had a good stay and it will be better for others once the taps & water leak are fixed. Otherwise we enjoyed out stay.

A gorgeous home that was spacious, secure and child friendly. It was clean and had everything we needed - including a dryer which was perfect for the unpredictable Toowoomba weather as well as a high chair and plastic bowls and plates for the kids! Toni was a great host and provided clear and timely instructions for check in and check out. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Toni's place. A lovely Queenslander with lots of room for 2 families and a great central location within walking distance of most things including parks, restaurants, a cafe and take-aways (and a great front yard for an Easter egg hunt!). we would stay again. Thanks!

A comfortable and quiet stay in a central location. Great value. Walking distance to restaurants, supermarket and everything else that you might need.

the location is great... one block away from restaurants... metres away from fuel station after a long trip and 50m away from a beautiful lookout view of the mountains ...

Ideal short stay accommodation for a couple - very close to medical facilities (St Vincent's & Surgicentre). Clean tidy - all facilities. Close to shopping complex and only a few minutes drive from Dan Murphy's & Federal Hotel (excellent meals). Would suggest using alternate route continuing along James Street - do not turn onto Toowoomba Connection Road. Tight parking but street parking not a problem. Would stay again in a heart beat.

We had a great stay at Toni's place! The room is very comfortable - spacious bathroom with extra height in the shower was a highlight, as was the very comfortable bed. Toni was a friendly host who responded quickly to all communication. A+ would definitely stay again!

Toni was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The flat was very clean and welcoming, beds were comfy. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place, we would stay here again easily!

Toni's place is a home away from home. It is setup for short and long term stays. It had everything needed and was within walking distance of local hospitals and schools. Will stay here again and wouldn't hesitate recommending to anyone wanting a homely stay.
