TimberHill Properties

Hosted by Tom and Hillery, TimberHill Properties blends 50 years of professional real estate experience with a personal passion for creating welcoming vacation getaways. Our journey began in 2021 when a spontaneous trip to St. Croix led us to fall in love with the island’s beaches, dining, and community. That year, we welcomed guests to our first two Caribbean villas, Mojito Hill and Splash of Lime. Craving crisp mountain air, we soon added a cozy retreat in Blue Ridge, Georgia—drawn by its beautiful mountain scenery, downtown shops and restaurants, and scenic Georgia wineries. In 2026, inspired by the adoption of our daughter and a desire to create a spacious, affordable option for visiting families, we added Flamingo Palms to our St. Croix collection. From Georgia's Blue Ridge mountains to the shores of the USVI, we love sharing our favorite destinations with travelers from all over.
