We are Adam, a nurse and former underground miner, and Audrea, a school counselor. We both grew up in Eastern Kentucky, in the heart of Appalachia and coal country. After more than two decades living in the Smokies, we decided to share a treasured spot with others. Our vision with Cedar Creek was to create a Smoky Mountain accommodation that provides families with a relaxing place to unwind while offering children a fun area to play and expend their energy. Cedar Creek is truly a rare gem in the Smokies, boasting a spacious yard and seclusion. We truly hope you love it as we do! Our family takes great pride in managing every detail of Cedar Creek! From setting up the RVs and clearing trees to splitting wood for our guests' enjoyment and tackling cleaning and maintenance tasks, we do it all with love and care. Our two daughters, one in high school and the other a Speech-Language Pathologist, contribute significantly to our efforts and bring their enthusiasm to the venture. We loved the quiet, cozy location! The fire pit and hot tub are a must - very relaxing.
This camper was pristinely clean, private, and cozy! The hosts were friendly and communicative. Our family loved the fire pit, hot tub, picnic tables, comfortable beds, and a movie night while we reclined on the comfy couches. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
The stay was AMAZING ! Everything that was described in the post was exactly what it was. Very peaceful and everything was amazing. Very nice location close to things but far enough out that its peaceful. Audrea is an amazing host and I will definitely stay again. She was very responsive when I asked questions or anything. She has a very nice place and was very thankful we got to stay in her camper. Thank you so much for a amazing week in the smokey mountain ❤️
Can’t say enough good about Audrea and this property. The host was great. She responded immediately and gave clear instructions. The property was very clean and organized, and was even equipped with a few treats for us which we really appreciated. We also appreciated the book left for us with recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area. The outdoor space is awesome. We really enjoyed the hot tub. This property is pretty secluded and feels very private which is nice and relaxing. We loved our stay and will definitely be back again!
We loved this location and the camper was immaculate. Audrea was very responsive, dropped off some cardboard for starting a fire while we were out. They used QR codes for instructions on how to operate everything. We will definitely be statu g here again. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful get away.
This was an absolutely beautiful and well maintained property. The camper was well equipped with more than we could even ask for. It was beautiful, it was clean and well stocked between snacks, linens, even a ps4 my son was able to enjoy. The outside had a beautiful fire pit area, swing to enjoy and hot tub. Everything was perfect, secluded and very open. We appreciate the stay and will defiantly be back. We normally stay in cabins, but after staying here we will always come back. Thank you!
We had such a wonderful stay in the RV! The whole experience was fun and memorable, especially relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the campfire at night. The RV was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. A special thanks to Adam and Audrea for being such thoughtful and responsive hosts - anytime we had a question or small issue, they were immediately available to help. Their warm hospitality made our stay even better. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a unique and relaxing getaway!
Our first stay in a camper! The space was comfy & clean. Had plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. Good AC, the hot tub was nice in the evenings. The kids loved the swings, playing in the yard and making s’mores! The area felt safe & peaceful. The booking was last minute. Audrea was so kind & helpful. She accommodated an earlier check in & late check out & went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed! Including snacks and water. Communication was great from start to finish. Note- as any camping area, mosquitoes are vicious ha! Insect spray (no deet) was provided but my son and I were still being bite, excessively. Maybe bring extra or whatever works for you, so that you can enjoy the outdoors more. Also- you MUST try the Five Oaks Farm Kitchen. The best french toast and a huge cinnamon roll! Right next to it, Skyland Ranch! Good price and fun for the whole family! Can’t wait to come back with a little more time to enjoy it all! Thanks Audrea.
