Adding FAQs to Your Listing

Yes — Haven has a built-in FAQs feature. You can add a list of frequently asked questions and answers that appear as an expandable section on your listing's public page. FAQs are a great way to answer common guest questions before they ask (parking, pets, check-in, Wi-Fi, house rules) and they also help your site get discovered — Haven publishes them with FAQ structured data (SEO schema) so search engines can surface them.

Adding a question

1. Open the FAQs section — In the listing editor for your property, go to the FAQs section. You'll see the card titled "FAQs" ("Add common questions and answers for your listing page").
2. Add your first question — Click "+ Add a question" (once you have one, the button becomes "+ Add another question").
3. Fill in the question and answer — In the Add a question dialog:
   • Question — up to 200 characters (e.g. "Is parking included?").
   • Answer — a rich-text/markdown field, up to 4,000 characters.
4. Save — Click Add question. Changes save to your listing automatically.

You can add up to 50 FAQs per property.

Editing and reordering

• Edit — Click the pencil icon on any FAQ to change the question or answer.
• Delete — Click the trash icon to remove a FAQ.
• Reorder — Drag a FAQ by its handle to change the order guests see them in.

How FAQs appear to guests

• FAQs show up in a dedicated "FAQs" section on your public listing page, each question rendered as an expandable item guests can tap to read the answer.
• The section only appears once you've added at least one FAQ.
• Haven automatically adds FAQ structured data (JSON-LD FAQPage) to the page, which can help your questions appear in search results.

FAQs vs. other content

• Per property — FAQs are set on each property individually; they are not inherited from a property group. If you manage several similar listings, add the FAQs on each, or use a duplicate listing as a starting point.
• Not the Local Guide — Use FAQs for quick policy/logistics answers. For area recommendations (restaurants, things to do), use the Local Guide.
