Alors que les affaires continuent de se développer dans les Smokies du Tennessee, une industrie que nous voyons connaître un boom discret au cours des dernières années est celle des cafés de petite à moyenne taille dans les villes, le long des routes, en route vers des lieux et partout entre les deux !
