Privately Owned
Often, vacationers now seek a privately owned rental cabin. At Great Smoky Vacations, all of our rental cabins are privately owned and managed. We do know and work with many cabin companies who have kept their cabin inventory for many years and will for many years to come, but still, some guests prefer a privately owned cabin. Fees have become an issue with the many reservation systems, we work to minimize our fees for our guests.
Our Cabins are located in beautiful areas of the Smokies with fabulous views. The mountain vistas remain breathtaking and this unique amenity you will find at any of our rental cabins. You may know of Legacy Mountain where you will find three of our five privately owned rental cabins. Wears Valley is home to the other two and all of them can offer beautiful Smoky Mountain views.
Legacy Mountain Resort is a premier resort located in a convenient location overlooking Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Our cabins, Breathtaking View, Nothin’ But Views, an Our Smoky Mountain View all are cabins that enjoy the mountain vistas that Legacy Mountain Offers. For couples, honeymooners, getaways, these cabins are spectacular.
Wears Valley is a very popular area of the Smokies, located between Pigeon Forge and Townsend, Wears Valley is special. Local shops and restaurants with easy proximity to Townsend, Cades Cove, Metcalf Bottoms, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge make it a great place to stay for your vacation. Our cabins, Kiss the Clouds and Smoky Mountain Splendor will provide an awesome getaway for your vacation time.
