Your Host Dashboard is the central hub for managing your properties, bookings, and account. It is organized into five tabs: Overview, Listings, Extras, Stats, and Settings.
Header and Actions
At the top of the dashboard you'll find:
- Host Dashboard title
- Create Listing — Add a new property to your portfolio
- Create Collection — Organize multiple properties into a Property Collection
- Ask Assistant — Quick access to the help chat for questions
Overview Tab
The Overview tab gives you a bird's-eye view of your business.
Property Filter (multi-property hosts)
If you have more than one property, a dropdown appears so you can filter by:
- All properties — See everything together
- Individual property — Focus on one property
When a single property is selected, you get quick links to Edit calendar and Edit listing.
Priority Tasks
The left side shows action items that need your attention:
- Create your first property — When you have no listings yet
- Complete setup for a property — When a listing exists but isn't ready to accept bookings
- Accept or reject pending bookings — When guests have requested reservations
- Complete setup for additional properties — When some properties are ready but others aren't
Each task links directly to the relevant page or action.
Calendar / Schedule
The right side shows a multi-property calendar. You can:
- View reservations, blocked dates, and promotions across all (or filtered) properties
- Click dates to see details or manage availability
- Navigate by month
For individual properties, the property Calendar page includes an AI tab that lets you manage pricing and availability using plain language (e.g. "Block Dec 24–26", "Add 10% weekly discount"). See Calendar AI Assistant for details.
Listings Tab
Manage your properties and collections.
Your Listings
- Expandable card showing your property thumbnails
- Click any property to go to its edit page
- Create a new listing from the empty state when you have none
- Each property card shows status (e.g., ready for bookings, setup incomplete)
Property Collections
- Organize multiple properties into collections (e.g., "Lakefront Cabins")
- Create collections from the empty state
- Expand to view and manage all your collections
- Collections can have their own landing pages and shared settings
Operational tools and add-ons.
Documents
- Generate printable QR codes linking to your property page
- Create house rules sheets and other guest documents
- Useful for displaying check-in info, WiFi, and rules at the property
Guest Store
- Powered by The Host Co — Offer products and services to guests (e.g., late checkout, extra cleaning)
- Configure what you want to sell as add-ons to bookings
Referrals
- Share your unique referral link to invite other hosts
- Earn 2 free months when your referral goes live
- Your referral earns 1 free month
- Track referral progress and credits earned
Stats Tab
Key metrics and visualizations.
Overview Stats
Summary cards show:
- Listings — Number of properties (links to Listings tab)
- Upcoming reservations — Count of future confirmed bookings (links to Extras → Reservations)
- Billing — Subscription and payment status (links to Settings → Billing)
Clicking a card navigates to the relevant tab and expands the related section.
Charts
- Property Revenue Chart — Revenue breakdown per property
- OTA Savings Chart — Estimated savings from going direct vs. using marketplaces
Settings Tab
Account-level configuration.
Billing & Subscription
- Stripe payouts — Connect or manage your Stripe account to receive payments
- Plan & subscription — Choose Essentials or Pro, change plans, or cancel
- Monthly billing — See base plan cost and additional property fees
Bookings are only enabled when you have an active subscription and a verified Stripe account.
Screen & Protect (admin / Truvi)
For admins and enabled accounts:
- Guest screening and damage protection add-on
- Enable per property
- Configure default actions for approved, flagged, and rejected bookings
- File damage claims when needed

Reservations
- View and manage all your reservations in one place
- Approve or reject booking requests
- See upcoming, past, and pending reservations

You can bookmark or share links to specific tabs:
/host — Overview (default)

/host?tab=stats — Stats
/host?tab=settings — Settings
Use ?expand=section to deep-link into an expanded card (e.g., ?tab=extras&expand=referrals).
