Your Host Dashboard is the central hub for managing your properties, bookings, and account. Main tabs include Overview, Sites (expand for Single Property or Multi-Unit), Guest Portal, Guest Loyalty, Emails, Documents, Guest Store, Integrations, and Payouts & Accounting (where you'll also find Stats). Settings in the sidebar opens Billing & Subscription, Damage Protection (admins), Domains, Public Profile, and more.
Header and Actions
At the top of the dashboard you'll find:
- Host Dashboard title
- Create Listing — Add a new property to your portfolio
- Create Multi-Unit Site — Organize multiple properties onto one branded booking site
- Ask Assistant — Quick access to the help chat for questions
Overview Tab
The Overview tab gives you a bird's-eye view of your business.
Property Filter (multi-property hosts)
If you have more than one property, a dropdown appears so you can filter by:
- All properties — See everything together
- Individual property — Focus on one property
When a single property is selected, you get quick links to Edit calendar and Edit listing.
Priority Tasks
The left side shows action items that need your attention:
- Create your first property — When you have no properties yet
- Complete setup for a property — When a property exists but isn't ready to accept bookings
- Accept or reject pending bookings — When guests have requested reservations
- Complete setup for additional properties — When some properties are ready but others aren't
Each task links directly to the relevant page or action.
Calendar / Schedule
The right side shows a multi-property calendar. You can:
- View reservations, blocked dates, and promotions across all (or filtered) properties
- Click dates to see details or manage availability
- Navigate by month
For individual properties, the property Calendar page includes an AI tab that lets you manage pricing and availability using plain language (e.g. "Block Dec 24–26", "Add 10% weekly discount"). See Calendar AI Assistant for details.
Sites
Manage single-property booking sites and multi-unit sites.
Single Property Sites
- Expandable card showing your property thumbnails
- Click any property to go to its edit page
- Create a new property from the empty state when you have none
- Each property card shows status (e.g., ready for bookings, setup incomplete)
Multi-Unit Sites
- Organize multiple properties onto one multi-unit booking site (e.g., “Lakefront Cabins”)
- Create sites from the empty state under Sites → Multi-Unit
- Expand to view and manage all your multi-unit sites
- Sites can share settings across member properties where Haven supports it
Documents Tab
Guest Store Tab
- Powered by The Host Co — Offer products and services to guests (e.g., late checkout, extra cleaning)
- Configure linked stores and add-ons
Referrals
- Use Refer & Earn in the sidebar footer to open your referral sheet
- Share your unique referral link to invite other hosts
- Earn 2 free months when your referral goes live; your referral earns 1 free month
Integrations Tab
Connect your Property Management System (PMS) to sync property details, pricing, availability, and reservations with Haven.
- Connect a PMS — Hospitable is currently supported, with Lodgify, Guesty, Hostfully, and Hostaway coming soon
- View mapped properties — See which Hospitable properties are linked to which Haven properties
- Sync details — Click any mapped property to see what was synced (property data, calendar pricing, min-stay rules) and when
- Manual sync — Click Sync to pull the latest data from your PMS at any time
- Synced properties show a "Synced" badge with the provider's logo on their property cards

Stats
Key metrics and visualizations. Stats is a subtab inside Payouts & Accounting — open that tab and select Stats.
Overview Stats
Summary cards show:
- Properties — Number of active properties (opens Sites → Single Property)
- Upcoming reservations — Count of future confirmed bookings (links to Overview)
- Billing — Subscription and payment status (links to Billing & Subscription under Settings)
Clicking a card navigates to the relevant tab.
Charts
- Property Revenue Chart — Revenue breakdown per property
- OTA Savings Chart — Estimated savings from going direct vs. using marketplaces
Open Settings in the left sidebar to choose a subsection.
Billing & Subscription
- Plan & subscription — Choose Starter, Growth, or Pro (monthly or annual), change plans, or cancel
- Next invoice — Base plan, property add-ons, proration, and active discounts
- Damage protection usage — Truvi screening and completed-stay nights (billed monthly, separate from annual base-plan cadence)
- Stripe customer portal — Update payment method and view past invoices
Direct bookings require an active paid subscription and a verified Stripe Connect account. See Subscription Billing for plan pricing, what counts as a billable property, and how upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation work.
Damage Protection
For workspace admins:
- Guest screening and damage protection, powered by Truvi
- One account-wide setup across your properties
- Choose who pays for protection — host invoice vs. guest checkout line item
- Configure default actions for flagged and rejected bookings
- Report guest damage through the incident flow when needed

Reservations
- Use the Overview tab (priority tasks and schedule) to work through bookings, or open a property’s calendar from Sites → Single Property
Public Profile
- Add a display name, photo, and short bio shown to guests on your property pages
- Edit under Settings → Public Profile or see Public Profile for full details
