Earn free months on Haven by inviting other hosts to go direct. When your referral goes live, you both earn subscription credits.
How It Works
- Share your referral link — Find your unique link in the Referrals section of your host dashboard, or at
/host/referrals.
- Your friend signs up — When someone creates a Haven account using your referral link, they are attributed to you.
- They go live — When your referral chooses a paid plan (Essentials or Pro), rewards are granted to both of you.
Rewards
- You (the referrer) earn 2 free months of your subscription when your referral goes live.
- Your referral earns 1 free month when they go live.
- Credits are applied automatically to your next invoice. If you are not yet on a paid plan, credits will be stored and applied when you subscribe.
Finding Your Referral Link
- Go to your Host Dashboard.
- Look for the Referrals card, or navigate to
/host/referrals.
- Your unique referral link is displayed at the top. Click Copy link to copy it to your clipboard.
- You can also use the Share button to share via your device's share sheet (mobile).
Sharing Your Referral
The referrals page includes three pre-written share messages you can copy with one click:
- Short — A quick invite message with your link.
- Revenue angle — Focuses on saving money by avoiding marketplace fees.
- Guest experience angle — Highlights Haven's booking and guest app experience.
You can also write your own message and include your referral link.
Tracking Your Referrals
The referrals page shows:
- Credits earned — Total free months you have received.
- Credits pending — Credits from referrals who have not yet gone live.
- Referral progress — A table showing each referred host, their status (Signed up, Live, First booking), the reward status, and the date of the last milestone.
When Credits Are Applied
- Credits are applied automatically to your next billing cycle.
- If you are not on a paid plan yet, credits remain pending and will be applied when you subscribe.
- Credits do not expire.

Can I refer multiple hosts?

What if the person I referred already has an account?
They must sign up using your referral link before going live for you to receive credit. If they already have an account and were not attributed to your link, the referral will not count.
What counts as "going live"?
Going live means the referred host has selected a paid plan (Essentials or Pro). Once they are on a paid subscription, the reward is triggered automatically.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referral is not allowed. The referral system has anti-abuse protections that prevent referring your own accounts.
Where do I see my referral link?
Visit your Host Dashboard and look for the Referrals card, or go directly to /host/referrals.
