Book With Haven offers powerful calendar synchronization tools to prevent double bookings when you list your property on multiple platforms. You can sync calendars in both directions:

Import availability from other platforms to Book With Haven:

1. Go to your Property Edit page in Book With Haven
2. Find the "Import Calendar" section
3. Paste in the iCal URL from your other platform(s)

How to get your Airbnb calendar link:

1. Log in to your Airbnb host account
2. Go to "Calendar" for your listing
3. Click "Availability Settings"
4. Scroll to "Sync calendars"
5. Click "Export Calendar" and copy the link

Export your Book With Haven calendar to other platforms:

1. Go to your Property Edit page in Book With Haven
2. Navigate to the "Availability" tab
3. Find the "Export Calendar" section
4. Copy your unique calendar URL
5. Paste this URL into your other platform's calendar import section

Sync with Google Calendar:

1. In Google Calendar, click the "+" next to "Other calendars"
2. Select "From URL"
3. Paste your Book With Haven export URL
4. Click "Add Calendar"

You can also manage availability directly in Book With Haven by:
