Different shapes, same idea: thoughtful spaces, good beds, real kitchens, and dogs welcome at many—with the pet fee waived. Check in from 4:00 PM, out by 10:00 AM. Wi‑Fi and parking at every stay.

Peak 8 to Main Street
Breck gives you choices. Ski home on Four O’Clock to a warm fire in the condo. Walk three blocks from a Historic District cottage to dinner on Main. Tuck into a quiet alley Victorian with slope views, or watch the town lights from high above. Morning coffee on patios and balconies, evenings in hot tubs and lodge steam rooms.
River, lifts, and room to roam
Keystone means space. A private estate on the Snake River with a grotto spa and theater. Free parking, mountain air, and stars you can hear. Coffee on a suite balcony, late soaks after a movie, the lifts and village close by.

We had a great experience! Came up to keystone with my parents, the dogs, and our toddler and had plenty of space for playing and hanging out. Beautiful and comfortable home. We really appreciated having a high chair and the house even had a couple baby gates. Tina and her team were extremely communicative and helpful.

Our homes sit in Breckenridge, Frisco, Keystone, Silverthorne, Dillon, Fairplay, and Littleton, Colorado. Most guests arrive by car and park on site. In Littleton, the light rail is close to both homes. Exact addresses and arrival details are shared after booking.

The BreckConnect Gondola rides free from downtown to the base of Peak 8 and Epic Discovery in summer, a four-minute drive from the cottage, and Breckenridge Ski Resort spreads across five peaks and 2,900 acres with the highest chairlift in North America. The Blue River Rec Path runs toward Frisco and Lake Dillon for riverside walks and summer rides, Boreas Pass Road climbs to wildflowers, fall aspens, and sweeping Tenmile Range views, and the Breckenridge Golf Club is the only Jack Nicklaus designed municipal course in the world. Hiking, mountain biking, and fly fishing fill the surrounding White River National Forest, five ski resorts sit within 15 to 50 minutes, and Denver International Airport is roughly two hours away in good conditions.
