227 Wild Irishman sits in the Wild Irishman neighborhood of Keystone, a quiet residential pocket along the Snake River, about three minutes from Keystone Resort's slopes and on the free Keystone shuttle route. River Run Village, with its gondola, restaurants, shops, and the new Kindred Resort, is minutes away, and the River Course and Keystone Ranch offer championship golf in summer. Keystone Lake brings skating in winter and paddle boats in summer, Lake Dillon is about 15 minutes away for sailing and concerts, and Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain are all within an easy drive. Out back, the Snake River sets the soundtrack for every stay, with fly fishing in season and sunsets over Buffalo Mountain.

The free Keystone shuttle stop is about a 3-minute walk from the door, with service to River Run Village, the gondola, and Keystone's slopes in season. A car is the easiest way to reach Dillon, Frisco, Breckenridge, and Arapahoe Basin, and four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is highly recommended from October through May. The two-car garage keeps your vehicles out of the snow.
