Quiet, cozy, comfortable, clean. We travel quite a bit for work and having parking right outside the Airbnb is a major plus for us. Having a comfortable space to unwind and finish up computer work while watching a movie was just what we needed. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful cabin in a beautiful location. We spent graduation weekend at Doni’s cabin and couldn’t have been happier. Easy drive to Ole Miss’ campus, and perfect for unwinding and relaxing at night. The host, Doni, is so easy to communicate with and welcomed us at arrival. Definitely recommend any of her cabins if you can get them.

What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.
How do I get into my cabin?
Every cabin has self check-in with a smart lock. Use the door code provided — your code becomes active at check-in time and de-activates at checkout time.
How many guests does each cabin sleep?
Each cabin has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Cabins 1, 3 and 4 sleep up to 5 guests, with a queen bed in one bedroom and two twins in the other. Cabin 2 sleeps up to 6, with a queen, two twins and a sleeper sofa in the den. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Additional guests must be approved in advance.
Can we rent more than one cabin for a group?
Yes. The four cabins sit side by side, so reunions and larger groups often rent several together. Check the dates you want on each cabin, or contact us and we’ll help you line them up.
How close are Sardis Lake, Oxford and Ole Miss?
The cabins are just minutes from Sardis Lake and the Sardis Dam & Lower Lake, and about 22 miles from Oxford — an easy drive to Ole Miss, The Grove, Vaught-Hemingway Stadium and the Square.
What’s included in each cabin?
A full kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware and cooking basics), washer and dryer, WiFi, TV, air conditioning, heating and ceiling fans, plus linens, towels, a hair dryer, shampoo and body soap. Outside you’ll find a BBQ grill, fire pit, outdoor dining area and a patio.
Is there parking? Can I bring a boat?
Parking is free and right outside your cabin, and the circle drive has room to pull through with a boat trailer.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the cabins. Evidence of smoking indoors may result in additional cleaning fees.
Can we host a party or event?
Parties, large gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing prior to the reservation. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Do you offer long-term stays or housekeeping?
Long-term stays are welcome, and housekeeping during your stay is available at extra cost. Contact us to arrange either.
What is your cancellation policy?
- **30+ days before check-in:** 100% refund minus a 3.5% processing fee. - **7–29 days before check-in:** 50% refund minus a 3.5% processing fee. - **Less than 7 days before check-in:** no refund.
