Another property cancelled our reservation 2 days before our arrival and we were able to book this home quickly and last minute for a highly reasonable rate! This home was perfect for our older parents, ourselves and a small dog. Plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The kitchen was laid out nice and open for everyone to move around. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and great for long walks with our dog. Management was quickly responsive when we had trouble working the thermostat. We would certainly stay here again if needed in the area.
Fantastic stay in Arvada! Plenty of space for our whole family. Nice area/neighborhood! The home looked just like the pictures! Great park to walk in across the street with walking trails all around. I would recommend this home and would stay here again!
Manuel was a wonderful, friendly and responsive host. The house is beautifully renovated, well decorated and spacious with comfy beds. Kitchen was very well stocked. Neighborhood is quiet, very nice and safe. Backyard is fenced which was a bonus for us traveling with a puppy. It is however unfinished, but that did not bother us as we were surrounded by the beautiful Colorado. Location is excellent with only a short drive to all kinds of fun Colorado activities. Our stay was very pleasant and we would love to stay here again.
What a lovely home! Safe and quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything we needed. Plenty of room for parking. Open kitchen left of plenty of room for visiting during our girls trip. Will look to stay here again on our next Denver trip! Thank you for having us.
