Our experience staying at this Airbnb in Arvada was exceptional! The home was pristine, cozy, and stylishly decorated with all the necessary amenities. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, providing clear check-in instructions and offering great recommendations for local attractions. The location was ideal, with easy access to both downtown Denver and the charming spots in Arvada. We especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood—it was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The space was both inviting and spacious, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We truly felt at home during our stay! We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
Jialin’s place was perfect for our group! There are 2 king bed rooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. The rooms downstairs have a vanity set up which is perfect for getting ready. The home was remodeled and very comfortable. Great kitchen with everything you need! Neighbor hood is quiet, safe and convenient to everything. Jialin was very communicative and helpful with our trip. There was alot of thoughtful touches in the home from supplying shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash to oil and spices for cooking to a wine cooler and wine glasses for relaxing. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone and would absolutely book again!
I had a wonderful stay at this single-family house! The location was perfect - quiet and peaceful, yet close to restaurants and attractions. The house itself was immaculate, and I really appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. The host was also very accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

LOCATION: Arvada is a small city located in the Denver metropolitan area of Colorado, offers small-town charm, abundant outdoor recreation opportunities, the historic district of Olde Town, a thriving cultural scene, family-friendly environment, all in close proximity to Denver. Close to Shopping, Dining, and Trails! Since our home is located in the suburbs, we recommend renting a vehicle to get around. We offer easy and simple garage parking for two vehicles. Uber and Lyft are also easily available. Please reach out to us anytime through the Airbnb app and we will respond right away!
➟ Please remove shoes at the door to avoid staining carpets. Please do not use towels for makeup removal or in any way that may cause them to stain. ➟ The first 8 guests on the reservation are free! Extra bedding for extra guests costs $25 per night, per guest, as well as for any overnight guests not on reservation. ➟ Smoking or vaping is not permitted. Evidence of smoking will incur a non-negotiable minimum $500 fee for overtime cleaning costs and scheduling disruptions. ➟ Disposable supplies for 10 nights are provided with each reservation. Guests are responsible for supplies for stays longer than 10 days. ➟ At the discretion of the host, guests may be asked to sign a rental agreement detailing our house rules. If requested, guests must promptly read and sign this agreement.
