We were very happy with our stay - the house was spacious and as pictured! It was close to old town Arvada which had a nice charm and plenty of restaurants and a great ice cream shop! Easy to get to downtown, red rock amphitheater, and the mountains. Just a few blocks from the house - When you leave the neighborhood you have a view of the beautiful mountain range - sunsets were stunning!! The neighborhood was walkable and could even walk to coffee - if you wanted. Check in was easy & hosts were extremely responsive! Our dates kept extending and they were very accommodating. If the house keeper didn’t miss a few things - I’d give them 5 stars! The kitchen is fully equipped - which was nice. Some of the spices were out - I mentioned it for their awareness & and the next day - a basket with everything and more was delivered! This was our first Airbnb experience and very happy - will stay again if in the area!
The house was nicely furnished, everything was very clean, we had everything we needed to have a great stay. The beds were large and comfortable, and the host was very responsive anytime we had a question. We also appreciated the fenced yard for our dog. It was in a great location, close to everything you could need. Would definitely stay here again!
What a fantastic stay! They were able to accommodate us last minute after another place cancelled, which we so appreciated after a long travel day with small children. They got us in within 40 minutes of booking. Place was very clean, beds comfortable. Great location, close to many restaurants. Host was very responsive and friendly. Will definitely be booking again in the future.
We stayed in Arvada because we wanted to be close to our friends. What we learned was this location was great for visiting all over the Denver, Boulder and neighboring Mountain towns. The house was perfect. Loved the layout and would be an awesome spot for a larger group. Having a fenced in yard was a must for us traveling with our two dogs. The garage access was a great bonus. I would absolutely book this place again! Thank you so much!

HOME LAYOUT: ➟ The first floor contains the main living area, consisting a bright family room, a dining area with seating for 6, and a large kitchen and breakfast bar. On the garden level of the first floor, enjoy a spacious living room with access to our spacious back yard and patio. Upstairs, the second floor is shared between the primary bedroom with king bed and an en-suite bathroom, and two secondary bedrooms, one with king bed and another one with queen bed . A third full bathroom is in the second floor hallway. ➟ In the basement, you will find a large bedroom with two queen beds which can also serve as a work-from-home area, complete with a desk. LOCATION: Arvada is a small city located in the Denver metropolitan area of Colorado, offers small-town charm, abundant outdoor recreation opportunities, the historic district of Olde Town, a thriving cultural scene, family-friendly environment, all in close proximity to Denver.
➟ Smoking or vaping is not permitted. Evidence of smoking will incur a non-negotiable minimum $500 fee for overtime cleaning costs and scheduling disruptions. ➟ Please remove shoes at the door to avoid staining carpets. ➟ Please do not use towels for makeup removal or in any way that may cause them to stain ➟ Pet fee amount on listing is charged per pet, per week. ➟ The first 6 guests on the reservation are free! A fee of $25 per night, per guest applies for the 7th through the 10th guest. This fee also applies to any overnight guests not listed on the reservation, regardless of the total. Please ensure that your reservation indicates the exact number of guests staying in our home, and modify your reservation if your plans change. ➟ Disposable supplies for 10 nights are provided with each reservation. Guests are responsible for supplies for stays longer than 10 days. ➟ At the discretion of the host, guests may be asked to sign a rental agreement detailing our house rules. If requested, guests must promptly read and sign this agreement.
