Home features 2 king size beds with temperpedic mattresses and one pull out sofa. Smart TV in front living room with gas logs for added ambiance. Step out onto the backyard patio to a completely private backyard with gorgeous sunsets and your own private 5-6 person hot tub. Please consider this is an older home before booking.

• No parties or events If you brought a dog with you $30 per pet please in pet jar. If you don’t clean after fur baby extra $30 in pet jar per pet and we will pick up poop. Housekeeping closet is in utility room with our extra supplies. Please only use allotted 4 rolls of toilet paper and 2 rolls of paper towels. Please buy your own after you’ve used our allotted amount especially if you rent 30 plus days. Pay for any canned goods used what you deem the food is worth (put money in pet jar) Respect our storage in utility closet and don’t use laundry supplies so it’s there when we clean. If this is over a 30 day stay for you try not to leave all 30 plus towels dirty. If you’ve used all towels at least do one load for housekeeping. Just leave them clean in the dryer. We really appreciate that especially if you are a 30 plus day guest! If you wish you can turn off solar security lights in back but we ask that you turn them back on when departing for last time for security purposes. Please gently pull on ceiling fan pulls to keep from breaking them. Wood fireplace no longer works. Do not burn wood in fireplace. You may use outdoor fire pit. If you have questions on using gas logs in front or gas stove in back bedroom call me and I’ll talk you through this. Please don’t get into hot tub with creams or lotions. Makes water dingy and dirty. Shower first please..please leave floating frog device in hot tub set at one, it works great at one and doesn’t need to be set higher. Thanks so much for leaving it set at one. AC to 82 in summer, heat to 50 in winter when last departing. No need to strip beds upon departure. Just put dirty towels in utility room.
