The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must remain on the property for the duration of the stay. No Pets allowed. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the condo and on balconies or patios. No parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. Parking is limited to designated spaces only. No street parking, RVs, trailers, boats, or golf carts.
