Haven charges hosts through a flat subscription and optional property add-ons only. Haven does not charge booking fees, guest service fees, or any percentage of booking revenue on any plan.
Haven offers three paid plans. Each plan is available on monthly or annual billing. Annual billing is charged upfront at a discounted rate (roughly 25% savings vs paying month by month).
| Plan | Monthly | Annual (billed upfront) | Included active properties | Extra property add-on |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $12/mo | $108/yr (~$9/mo) | 1 | $2.99/property/mo |
| Growth | $29/mo | $288/yr (~$24/mo) | 10 | $2.99/property/mo |
| Pro | $79/mo | $768/yr (~$64/mo) | 50 | $2.99/property/mo |
On annual billing, each additional property above your plan's included limit is $35.88/property/year (equivalent to $2.99/month).
All prices are in USD.
Signed-in accounts can use Haven on the Free plan to build and configure listings, connect integrations, and preview their site.
Direct bookings are only enabled when you have an active paid subscription (Starter, Growth, or Pro) and a verified Stripe Connect account. Without both, listings stay off the public booking path even if they look complete.
Your billable property count is every non-archived property on your account.
Counted:
Not counted:
Archiving is the only self-serve way to remove a property from your subscription count. See Delete or Archive a Property.
Property add-ons apply only to active properties above your plan's included limit — not automatically starting at property two on every plan. For example, Growth includes 10 properties before any add-on charges.
When your non-archived property count exceeds your plan's included limit, Haven adds a property add-on line to your base subscription:
Add-on quantity updates automatically when you create, archive, or unarchive properties. Stripe prorates mid-cycle changes — you are charged or credited only for the remaining time in the current billing period.
See Multi-Property Billing for more examples and plan-comparison tables.
Open Host Dashboard → Settings → Billing & Subscription (/host?tab=billing).
The billing panel shows:
From the billing panel you can:
Plan changes follow these rules:
Take effect immediately (prorated):
Take effect at the end of your current billing period:
While a downgrade is scheduled, you keep your current plan's access until the period ends.
You can cancel at any time from Billing & Subscription. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of your current billing period — you keep paid-plan access through that date.
After cancellation takes effect, your account returns to Free. You can still manage listings, but direct bookings are disabled until you subscribe again.
Cancelling your base plan does not automatically disable damage protection. Truvi usage billing continues while protection remains enabled.
Guest checkout is handled through Stripe Connect. That is independent of your Haven subscription:
Your subscription cost does not change based on booking volume. A $500 booking and a $5,000 booking cost you the same in Haven subscription fees.
See Payment Processing for payout timing and fee details.
If you enable damage protection, Truvi usage is billed monthly on its own cycle, even when your base plan is annual:
The billing panel shows current-period Truvi usage and the estimated next charge separately from your base-plan invoice.
See Damage protection and the Damage protection FAQ for setup and billing details.
Referral credits and partner discounts apply to your base subscription through Stripe coupons and customer balance. Truvi metered usage is billed separately and is not covered by referral checkout discounts.
See Refer & Earn for how credits post to your account.
