Haven uses a small set of specific terms in the host dashboard. This article is the authoritative reference — if other articles ever drift, this one is correct.
A Site is a Haven-hosted, direct-booking surface. Every public booking page Haven serves is a "Site". There are two flavors:
A Listing is the underlying property record you edit — photos, amenities, pricing, calendar, fees, rules. A listing is the thing; a Site is where it's published. A single listing can appear on its own Single Property Site and be included in one or more Multi-Unit Sites.
The left sidebar has a collapsible Sites group with two children:
| Sidebar item | What you see | URL |
|---|---|---|
| Sites → Single Property | Cards for each individual listing | /host?tab=listings |
| Sites → Multi-Unit | Cards for each multi-unit booking site | /host?tab=collections |
There is no "Listings tab" anymore. If older instructions say "go to the Listings tab", they mean Sites → Single Property (
/host?tab=listings). The URL still resolves for backwards compatibility, but the sidebar label is Sites → Single Property.
At the top of the host dashboard:
| If you read or hear… | It means… |
|---|---|
| "Go to the Listings tab" | Sites → Single Property (/host?tab=listings) |
| "Open the Collections tab" | Sites → Multi-Unit (/host?tab=collections) |
| "Landing page" | Multi-Unit Site |
| "Property group" | Multi-Unit Site (legacy internal name) |
| "Listing card" | A card on Sites → Single Property |
| "Add a new property" | Click Create Listing in the dashboard header |
| "Booking site" | Either a Single Property Site or a Multi-Unit Site |
/properties, which is the showcase of customer listings across Haven. It is intentionally called "Haven listings" only on the public marketing nav — it is not a sidebar tab in your host dashboard.© 2026 Book With Haven, LLC.
