Haven integrates with leading Property Management Systems (PMS) so you can manage your listings from one place while using Haven as your direct booking website. When connected, property details, pricing, availability, and reservations sync automatically between your PMS and Haven.

When you connect a PMS, the following data is pulled into Haven and kept in sync:

Reservations (Two-Way)
- Inbound: Reservations from Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and other channels connected through your PMS appear in Haven's calendar as blocked dates, showing the guest name, platform, and number of guests
- Outbound: When a guest books directly on Haven, the reservation is automatically pushed to your PMS so it blocks those dates across all your connected channels
What You Still Manage in Haven
Some features are Haven-only and are not overwritten by your PMS:
- Property videos — PMS platforms and Airbnb don't support video, but Haven does. Upload walkthrough videos, drone footage, or neighborhood tours to make your listing stand out
- SEO settings — meta titles, descriptions, and custom URLs for your Haven property page
- Testimonials — choose which guest reviews to feature, including reviews imported from your PMS
- Guest interaction notes — the "Interaction with guests" field is Haven-specific
- Haven booking policies — advance notice to book, cancellation grace periods
- Document builder — custom rental agreements and guest documents
- Email templates — pre-arrival, check-in, and post-stay emails
- Guest Store / Host&Co — curated local recommendations
- Local guide — neighborhood information and tips
How Synced Fields Appear in Haven
When a field is managed by your PMS, you will see:
- A small blue sync badge next to the field label indicating it is managed by your PMS (e.g., "Managed by Hospitable")
- The field will be greyed out and non-editable in Haven — changes must be made in your PMS
- An informational alert at the top of sections with synced fields explaining that some settings are managed externally
On the host dashboard, properties connected to a PMS display a "Syncing to [Provider]" badge on their listing card.
Connecting Your PMS
- Go to your Host Dashboard and open the Integrations tab
- Find your PMS provider and click Connect
- You'll be redirected to your PMS to authorize Haven
- Once authorized, your properties will be imported and mapped
- Click Sync on any mapped property to pull the latest data

Sync Details and Troubleshooting
After syncing, you can view detailed sync information for each mapped property from the Integrations tab:
- Property Sync — shows which fields were updated, when the last sync occurred, and whether it succeeded
- Calendar Sync — shows how many days were processed, price overrides created, minimum stay rules synced, and check-in/check-out day restrictions applied
If your integration is disconnected (either manually or by the PMS provider), the sync badges will disappear and fields will become editable again in Haven. You can reconnect at any time from the Integrations tab.
