This is for hosts who have set up a property and want to know exactly what is left before it can take bookings. There is no publish button in Haven, so "going live" means turning every requirement green. This guide shows you how to read your readiness, find what is still blocking you, and clear it.
Each property shows a readiness wheel, a percentage that tells you how close it is to bookable. It appears in three states:
Open a property and you will see a Listing readiness breakdown, an activity-ring style panel that lays out exactly what is done and what is still missing.

The exact list of blockers shows up in two places: as a "Not bookable" indicator on the property, and inside Edit Listing → Visibility. The Visibility section is the clearest place to work from, because each unmet requirement is a row you can act on.
The property-level requirements are:
Each row links you to the place to fix it, so you can clear them one at a time and watch the wheel climb.

Filling in the property is not the whole picture. Two requirements live at the account level, not the property level, so they apply to everything you list:
Both of these appear right in the Visibility section alongside the property checklist, so you can see all your requirements in one view.
A property goes live the moment all of these are green at once: the property requirements, an active paid plan, verified Stripe, and the property not being archived. There is nothing else to press. When the last item turns green, your site is public.

The visibility & publishing guide goes deeper on how all of this fits together.
Your readiness wheel is green, the Visibility section shows no remaining blockers, you are on a paid plan, and Stripe is verified. At that point your property is live, with no further action needed.
