This is the troubleshooting guide for the two problems a new host is most likely to hit: a site that will not go live, and a checkout a guest cannot complete. Work through the relevant checklist below, top to bottom. In almost every case the answer is sitting in your readiness wheel or your Visibility section, which are your best diagnostic tools.
If your property is not public, one of its requirements is unmet. Start with the readiness state on the property, then open Edit Listing → Visibility to see the exact blockers.

If your site is live but a guest cannot finish booking, the cause is usually about dates, stay length, or payment. Reproduce the problem yourself in an incognito window to see what the guest sees.

If you have worked the checklist and your property still will not go live or still will not take a booking, reach out. For any payment-related problem, include the booking ID so support can find the exact transaction quickly.
This is normal and not a bug. New sites take time to appear in search results. See when will my site appear on Google for what to expect. In the meantime, share your link directly rather than waiting on search.
Your readiness wheel is green with no blockers in the Visibility section, or you have walked a guest checkout cleanly to the payment step. If neither resolves it, you have the right details (and a booking ID, for payment issues) to hand to support.
