Document Builder for Properties

Use the Document Builder to create printable PDFs for your properties. These documents are designed to be posted inside your property so guests can quickly access key information or rebook.

Where to find it

1. Go to your Host Dashboard
2. Open the Documents card
3. Choose a property and a document type

Document types

QR Code Sheet

Create a scannable QR code that links directly to your property page.

How to generate it:

1. Select the property you want
2. Choose QR Code Sheet
3. Download or print the PDF
4. Place the QR code in a visible spot for guests

Best locations:

• Entryway or welcome area
• Kitchen counter or refrigerator
• Guest book or information binder

House Rules Sheet

Generate a printable sheet with essential property details:

• Property name and address
• WiFi network and password
• Check-in and check-out times
• Emergency contact details
• House rules

How to generate it:

1. Select the property you want
2. Choose House Rules Sheet
3. Download or print the PDF

To customize what appears:

• Update your house rules in the House Rules section of the property editor
• Update WiFi credentials in the Amenities section
• Update check-in and check-out times in Check-in Details
• Update contact phone or email in General Info

Tips

• Print on standard letter paper for a clean, consistent look
• Keep PDFs updated any time you change rules or WiFi details
• Store a digital copy for easy reprinting

Troubleshooting

• Missing house rules: Add or update house rules in the property editor and regenerate the document
• Incorrect WiFi information: Update WiFi network and password and regenerate the PDF
• QR code does not scan: Reprint the sheet at full size and ensure the QR code is not cropped
