This is for every host, and it clears the single most common launch blocker. Without Stripe, no property on your account can take money, which means no bookings. By the end you will have Stripe connected, verified, and ready to send payouts to your bank.
Haven uses Stripe to process guest payments and send your earnings to your bank. This is an account-level setting, not a per-property one. Until Stripe is connected and verified, none of your properties can accept a payment, no matter how complete they otherwise are. Connecting it once covers your whole account.
Your card and banking details are handled securely by Stripe, a payment processor trusted by millions of businesses. Haven never sees or stores guest card numbers.

Back on the Billing & Subscription tab, your Stripe status should show as connected and verified. That is your green light that the account can take payments.

If you see a status like payouts paused or unverified, Stripe still needs something from you. This usually means a verification detail is missing or pending review. Open the Stripe card again and complete whatever it asks for. Until that status clears, payments stay blocked across every property on your account.
For a deeper walkthrough of the connection, see the Stripe setup guide. To understand how payments flow once you are live, see payment processing, and for how your plan and billing fit together, see subscription & billing.
Your Stripe status on the Billing & Subscription tab shows connected and verified, with a payout bank account added. That removes the payment gate for your entire account.
