The Calendar AI Assistant lets you manage pricing, availability, and blocks using plain language. Instead of filling out forms or clicking through multiple screens, you can type requests like "Set base rate to $250" or "Block Dec 24–26" and the AI proposes the changes for you to confirm.
Where to Find It
- Go to your property's Calendar page.
- In the right panel, click the AI tab (with the sparkles icon). The AI tab is the first tab, alongside Schedule, Price, and Availability.
How It Works
- Type your request – Describe what you want in natural language.
- Review assumptions – If the AI interprets something (e.g. "Interpreted 'this weekend' as Sat–Sun"), it will show you what it understood.
- Confirm changes – The AI proposes structured changes (dates, prices, etc.) in a summary. You can Confirm to apply them, Dismiss to cancel, or keep chatting to adjust.
- Undo if needed – After confirming, you can click Undo to reverse the changes.
Important: Nothing is changed until you click Confirm. The AI only proposes changes; you always approve them first.

Using Date Expressions
The AI understands many natural date phrases:
- Relative: "this weekend", "next week", "next month"
- Holidays: "July 4th", "Thanksgiving", "Thanksgiving week", "Christmas", "New Year", "Memorial Day", "Labor Day"
- Ranges: "Dec 24–26", "July 4th weekend"
When you use phrases like these, the AI will show you how it interpreted the dates (e.g. "Interpreted 'this weekend' as Sat Feb 28 – Sun Mar 1") so you can verify before confirming.
Tips
- Be specific when useful – "Block Dec 24–26" is clear; "Block the holidays" may need clarification.
- Check assumptions – If the AI shows interpreted dates, review them before confirming.
- Use Undo – If you apply changes by mistake, Undo reverses them immediately.
- Dates with bookings – The AI cannot modify dates that have active reservations. It will explain if your request overlaps with a booking.
