We live full time out of Airbnb’s, and Edward’s place was one of our favorites we’ve ever stayed in!! It was spacious and very comfortable to stay/work remotely for several months in. We really enjoyed the amazing view of Piesatwa from the balcony in the mornings, the community hot tub (no one else ever seemed to use it!), and the proximity to fun restaurants in Uptown and Rosevelt Row (downtown Phoenix). Great WiFi, sparkling clean, well laid out for 2 people to work in, nicely furnished, easy parking, and responsive host. Lots of great hiking/biking nearby!! The gated complex felt very safe. I’ll definitely try to book this same place again next time I’m in Phoenix if it’s available! Loved it!

My son and I did a Spring Training father son vacation. Edward's place was centrally located to all the ballparks. The apartment was in a gated complex (which is always a plus). It was very clean and spacious with a lovely kitchen. It had a Nest thermostat that we had a difficult time figuring out. I messaged Edward and he promptly sent me a link on how to operate it. Edward has been super communicative during the entire process. Highly recommend this property. CV and VV

Eddie was a super fantastic host. Everything was top notch. It was a great experience! The patio was great in the morning for coffees and donuts purchased from surrounding areas. Super convenient to access areas and venues. The pool and clubhouse area was super well-maintained and in excellent condition!

This place Is beautiful, clean, spacious and made us feel at home. The view of the mountains were nice, all the amenities and items provided made our stay much easier. The balcony was our favorite spot for relaxation. We were happy and satisfied with our stay, thank you!

This was my first visit to Phoenix, and my girlfriend and I had such a phenomenal stay at Eddie’s. He was kind, responsive, and helpful. The condo was massive and felt right at home for us. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone and plan on coming back!

Great place to stay, especially if you need to be close to GCU. Very clean and quiet complex. Eddie was great with communication. We had a couple small issues and he responded and handled them very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Eddies place was a really nice stay. Love the building and surroundings. Great kitchen for cooking and awesome balcony. I would stay again for sure.

This was the perfect stay for what I needed. Located right near downtown Phoenix but far enough away to not have to deal with the noise or traffic.
