Wake up to a gorgeous view! From the huge balcony and bedrooms - you can see the iconic Sydney ferries crisscrossing out from the wharf out into the Harbour, panning across to the white surf of Shelley beach and wider still across the blue Pacific coast. The website photos don’t do the views justice. The penthouse is brand new, beautifully fitted out for everything we needed - luxury appliances and furniture all the way through, big comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. Even in mid-winter the rooms were always a good temperature without needing heating. The location is superb. It’s like staying at a resort: 10mins walk to golden Manly Beach - surfing, swimming, cycling, paddle boarding, beach volleyball, loads of gourmet restaurants, cool bars and shops. In the other direction it’s 10 mins walk to the stunning harbour side walk from Manly to Spit Bridge. There’s an ocean pool at Fairlight beach - this is a well kept local secret - you can swim laps in the sparkling clear harbour water while yachts and ferries pass by. We used both our own car and public transport while we were staying. There’s a double carspace in a secure carpark in the basement, a big bonus in a city like Sydney where parking can be tricky. Frequent bus services stop not far away and go into Manly (a 2 min bus ride) then it’s a quick hop onto the ferry for the spectacular harbour trip into the city to see the Opera House and all the sights. We booked to stay here for 10 days and when lockdown hit Sydney, I stayed on for 3 weeks in total, which tells you how good this place is. Our host Toni could not have been more thoughtful, helped us enormously under extraordinarily difficult circumstances and was quick to respond whenever we needed her help. We are incredibly grateful to her. Toni is a superstar host. If we could give the Penthouse more than five stars we would. When we come back to Sydney we will be staying here again.
We absolutely loved our stay at this incredible penthouse apartment! It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Located on a quiet street opposite a beautiful park, it was also just a short stroll to fantastic cafés and, the best pies around! Access was simple and secure, with a convenient code entry system leading to off-street, secure parking. The elevator took us to the second floor, where we entered through a small, private courtyard into the apartment itself. We used two of the three bedrooms, both of which were well-stocked with plenty of fresh linens and towels. The two full bathrooms were modern and spotless, and the kitchen and lounge area provided the perfect space to cook, relax, and unwind. The apartment was wonderfully quiet, offering far more space and value than what you might find in Manly for the same price. The management team was excellent—helpful, responsive, and welcoming. We can’t wait to stay here again. Highly recommended!
Toni's Little Manly beach pad was perfect for my holiday stay in Sydney. Toni is an exceptional host who was a delight to work with from the beginning. She is responsive and kind and obviously takes pride in her properties. The flat is conveniently located just steps from Manly wharf and Manly Beach. Little Manly Beach is a short stroll away, with a family vibe and great coffee at Ripples cafe. The flat itself has everything you need for a short or longer term stay including a super comfortable bed, high quality linens, a well equipped kitchen, shared laundry, and parking; although given it's proximity to Manly's main attractions with easy access to the ferries, you won't need a car. The neighbourhood is lovely and well serviced - close to restos, grocery stores, and a mini market a few steps away for any last minute necessities. Highly recommend if you are wanting a cozy retreat in the heart of Sydney's Northern Beaches. Thank you, Toni!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Toni's property and it was so convenient for our purpose of travel. We attended a wedding across the road and had family staying in multiple properties in the area. Very close and perfectly located close to the Long Reef Golf Club. Easy walking to the beach, parks, cafes. Generally a beautiful area to relax and unwind in a picturesque setting. We parked the car and only drove when we needed to go outside Collaroy. Toni's home is exactly as described and pictured, keypad entry made for so much ease instead of needing to carry the small fob if ducking out quickly. The home waste tastefully furnished and included more than we needed for starting supplies but everything had been considered right down to coat hangers and pegs. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy making memories.
Toni is an exceptional host. I couldn’t fault a thing. The instructions to check in were easy to follow. The apt was well appointed & very clean, comfortable bed & pillows, new appliances, incredible view, excellent heating & cooling, big car space for 2 cars, the kitchen, laundry & bathrooms were equipped with the basics there was nothing Toni hadn’t thought of. Her black book on the area & surrounds on where to go and what to eat was the best I’ve ever seen. Her response time & communication to any issue/questions were immediate. I’m a fussy traveller and you won’t be disappointed staying in this apt. Thanks for having me Toni, I’ll definitely be back.
Awesome place if you want to experience the surf lifestyle of Manly (beach is 10min down the hill by foot) and also have easy access to the best city commute in the world, going from Manly Wharf to Sydney CBD in 20min by ferry… never gets old. The apartment is nice, well maintained, clean and very conveniently located. Only thing to note, is that the hills around Manly are quite steep, but we did not mind that at all as that’s what’s giving you glorious views from all angles. Given that this is Australia, you also have awesome coffee close by (Calibrate for best breakfast, Showbox for great coffee).
This apartment is so close to everything that you don't need a car. Shopping, the beach, the ferry, restaurants, grocery stores and ATMs are only a few steps away, which makes it so convenient. Toni was very responsive to questions and provided anything that was needed. The apartment is neat, clean, and has all the basics you need. The bathroom is small, but that's the only drawback. The washer/dryer is a plus and was great to have during our 18-day stay. Also lots of hangers and space for our belongings. We had an enjoyable stay and would consider this apartment for our next visit!
We had an absolutely amazing stay at this apartment in Manly! It had everything we needed and more. The beds were super comfortable, the space was incredibly clean, and the whole apartment felt luxurious from the moment we walked in. The highlight has to be the stunning views—right across the road from the beach, so we could soak it all in from the comfort of the living room. The location is unbeatable too—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and great cafés. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing, stylish stay in Manly. We’ll definitely be back!
Toni was wonderful - super helpful and responsive. The apartment is beautiful with stunning views. I know the area and the building so it was a homecoming of sorts. I can’t recommend this listing enough. Local shops a stone’s throw away (one of the best butchers in Sydney imho) and two of the best beaches in the world within a 10 minute walk. Locals know. It was a super easy handover, both arriving and departing. I definitely didn’t want to depart. Really comfy bed as well. Thank you Toni - just wish I’d got to see the views from yours!!! Can’t wait to stay again xxx
Definitely recommend this beautiful apartment - the prime location allows you to walk to all of the local hidden gems - beaches, dining, shopping, sailing, you name it! The home is well appointed and is perfect for anyone who wants to feel at home while on vacation - full kitchen, bathroom and living space plus laundry - loved all the ammennities. Additionally Toni went above and beyond to help us smoothly check in, gave great recs for local things to do and was super responsive and helpful. Definitely a premier host and a wonderful rental - highly recommend!
