As avid travelers ourselves, we’ve stayed in countless vacation rentals around the world and experienced both the highs and the lows. Those stays are why we started Holland Vacation Rentals in 2021: to offer homes where every detail is thoughtfully curated and every guest feels truly at home.
Through years of hosting guests from all walks of life, we’ve learned that the difference between a good stay and a great one lies in the details: clear communication, thoughtful touches and a genuine commitment to hospitality. Each guest has taught us something new, and we keep improving so that every stay is better than the last.

Cancellations, check-in, age, pets and how to reach us.
Cancellations made at least 45 days before arrival receive a full refund. No refunds are available within 45 days of arrival. All cancellations must be submitted in writing with a confirmation reply from our team. We highly recommend travel insurance with a “Cancel For Any Reason” option.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request; reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Yes. The primary guest must be at least 25 and present for the whole stay, with valid ID. This does not apply to stays longer than 30 days.
Pets are welcome at select homes with prior approval; check each home’s house rules. Service animals are accommodated as required by law.
