The Canterstone Manor
Something for everyone
Our host, Jimmy, exceeded our expectations. Not exaggerating, he was the best host we have ever had! He was, also, extremely fast in responding to any questions we had and took care of us. We really felt like Jimmy treated us like he would want to be treated if he was a guest on vacation.

From Jimmy
Hidden Oak Properties was built around the belief that a great vacation rental is created with intention — from the first photograph a guest sees, to the way a space is designed to be lived in, to the communication that makes both guests and owners feel genuinely looked after.

About Hidden Oak Properties
Hidden Oak Properties was founded on the belief that successful vacation rentals require much more than simply putting a property online. Every great guest stay is the result of intentional presentation, thoughtful design, standout amenities, and communication that makes people feel cared for.
We work alongside property owners to improve how their vacation rentals are presented, experienced, and managed — keeping both the guest experience and the owner’s investment in mind in every decision.
Our story
Hidden Oak Properties began with a simple observation: too many beautiful vacation rentals were underperforming — not because the properties weren’t good, but because the way they were presented, designed, and communicated didn’t match their potential.
We saw owners spending real money on homes that guests couldn’t fully appreciate online, listings that blended in instead of standing out, and stays that were fine but forgettable. The properties deserved better, and so did the owners behind them.
That’s why we built Hidden Oak Properties around the belief that a great vacation rental is created with intention — from the first photograph a guest sees, to the way a space is designed to be lived in, to the communication that makes both guests and owners feel genuinely looked after.
What we do
A focused set of services built around better-performing vacation rentals.
What really stood out was Jimmy’s exceptional hospitality. He responded very quickly to every question we had and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. When we had an issue with one of the appliances, he had a maintenance person there right away.
