Sara was an absolute gift of a host! From the moment we booked until the moment we checked out, she made us feel so cared for and welcomed. Her home was spotless, beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. Sara has the best communication of any host I’ve ever experienced. She is thoughtful, attentive, generous, and genuinely wants her guests to have the best possible stay. You can tell she pours her heart into everything she does. And I have to mention her amazing team! They are simply the best. Every interaction we had was met with kindness, warmth, and a willingness to help in any way they could. It was such a blessing to experience such genuine hospitality from everyone. If you’re considering staying in one of Sara’s homes, don’t hesitate for a second. I had an amazing experience staying at this beautifully updated home! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The recent updates really made the space feel fresh and modern, yet still incredibly cozy. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious with soft linens and relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind from my busy day. The kitchen was fully stocked and great for cooking meals during my stay. I loved how everything was organized and easy to find. The bathroom was spotless, and bright. The neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located near UofR and college-town. Overall this place exceeded all my expectation. Sara was communicative, friendly and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish getaway.

We stayed at Sara’s place for just over three weeks and honestly couldn’t fault it. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a longer stay. It was in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood and felt very private, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. The garden was a real bonus, especially for the kids, as they had plenty of space to play safely outside. Sara was a wonderful host and regularly checked in with us by message to make sure we had everything we needed. That was a really thoughtful touch and made us feel very welcome, while still giving us plenty of privacy throughout our stay. We had a great experience from start to finish and would happily stay here again. We would definitely recommend Sara’s place to families or anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and private place to stay.

I had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of thoughtful details that made the experience feel truly elevated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and as someone who works from home, I really appreciated the fast, reliable internet and quiet, private backyard — perfect for taking breaks or getting fresh air between calls. The location is unbeatable: right in the heart of Brighton Four Corners and just a short walk to Whole Foods and other conveniences. It made getting around and settling in super easy. Overall, a comfortable, welcoming stay in an amazing spot. I’d absolutely come back and highly recommend it!

Sara’s house was very clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for getting to RIT. The beds were comfortable, the towels were plentiful for 4 people and of good quality. We appreciated the pods of coffee to get us started for the morning. The kitchen and refrigerator were spotless. The large TV in the living room was a fun spot for movie night for our family. Sara was an excellent host giving us recommendations for Rochester as well as all the instructions we needed for her home. The check-in and checkout was very easy. We would definitely stay here again!

The host was very responsive to requests. The location is perfect for walking to numerous restaurants and stores. The home has wonderful natural light throughout. All the windows have a blind, if needed. The mattresses in the bedrooms are incredibly comfortable; like sleeping on air. Each bed contained multiple pillows for comfort. The home was stocked with multiple packages of paper towels and toilet paper. The backyard was quiet with a fire pit to enjoy at night. I highly recommend this location and the host, Sara.

This was one of the best short-term rentals we’ve stayed in. Sara knocked it out of the park with the renovation and made the house super easy and comfy for a home away from home. The new kitchen and bath were well stocked and clean, beds were all great, bedrooms were bigger than you would expect, the movie room downstairs was super fun, and there are little touches throughout to make you feel welcome. She was super friendly in all communications. We will surely be booking with her again.

Our stay was exactly what we needed for a long weekend visiting our daughter at university. The home was exactly as described and the host was very responsive. The one thing I would note is the key paid was a little tricky/sensitive but the host responded quickly and honestly it was more of a user issue than the key paid itself. My recommendation would be to provide a slightly better description of how to use the key pad, otherwise everything was exactly as described.

Sara's place was fantastic — 5 stars all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The space was spotless, the location in Rochester was perfect, and Sara was communicative and easy to work with throughout. I always felt like I had my own private retreat. What really stood out: I accidentally left my laptop after checkout, and Sara and her team quickly secured it for me until I could come back to get it. That kind of honesty and care is rare. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Sara’s home. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and even more comfortable than the photos suggest — plenty of room to spread out, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is ideal: a short walk to Twelve Corners and a quick drive to just about anything in Rochester.
