We had a wonderful stay from check-in to check-out. Everything was so easy and straightforward, and communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. The space itself was perfect for our group — spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy different areas of the house, while still having a great communal space to come together. The kitchen area was especially great, as we were all able to comfortably spend time there together without feeling cramped. Our host was amazing, friendly, and always quick to communicate. We truly appreciated how easy everything was from start to finish. Thank you so much for having us and for making our stay such an enjoyable one. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, comfortable, and welcoming home away!

We absolutely loved our stay! The accommodation had such a warm, welcoming and homey feel. We were a large number, but the home comfortably catered for all of us and gave everyone plenty of space to enjoy our stay. Jade was such a thoughtful and attentive host. Communication was excellent from start to finish, jade has been responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything. We really appreciated the care and effort put into making sure my family and I was comfortable and well looked after. We were extremely happy with our overall experience. The accommodation, hospitality and thoughtful communication made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you so much, jade for being an amazing host and for making our stay such a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend Hostech to others especially big family or group travellers and would happily stay again!

Nice property with plenty of space for lots of people. Pool is great. Just lacks a few finer details, like hand towels in toilets/bathrooms, pots and pans missing lids. Kitchen is a bit sparse on cookware and staple condiments. Could do with more pillows and bedding for higher numbers of guests. Some of the extra beds are a bit dubious in quality. Could do with some more lounge furniture/better quality. Also more outdoor furniture wouldn't go amiss. Had to buy pegs for washing line. Wheelie bins were full when we got there which isn't ideal with 14 people staying for a week. When we arrived to check-in at 3.20pm cleaners were still there which was inconvenient. Also bear in mind with hospital nearby there is loud noise from air ambulance helicopters landing at all hours. Having said all that, it is a nice property in a good location and suited our large group well

The house is so very clean & comfortable. We were able to accommodate 4 different families in the home without any issues - the house's 2 kitchens, open plan living area, and 6 bathrooms across 3 floors (including 4 ensuites) meant we were all able to function & share the space without feeling cramped. A large portion of the Easter long weekend was spend down at Bruce Pulman Park, less than a 15 min drive away. Beds & bedding are clean and comfortable. The only small recommendation I would make would be to have a couple of bowls, tongs & an extra chopping board in the kitchen. Apart from that, everything about the accommodation is 10/10. The house is spacious, has a nice garden and space to park between 3 and 4 vehicles. The inside of the house we find it tidy and clean, the kitchen has a large fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and among other useful kitchen things. There is a beautiful balcony overlooking the river. The rooms are spacious and comfortable beds. It is a very family accommodation and 15 minutes drive to the city center and 10 minutes to the nearest shopping center. We have been 14 people on holiday for 3 days and we have felt comfortable and at home. Highly recommended home with simple and clear instructions.

We had a great month-long stay at Michael’s place as a family of 12 (8 adults and 4 kids). The house was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was quiet and peaceful — perfect for relaxing. Communication with Michael was excellent. He was super responsive and helpful any time we had a question or needed anything even after 11pm. Overall, we had a really smooth and enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. We loved it and so did our kids :)

The house was clean, kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, super spacious for the kids to make noise elsewhere in the house, extra blankets in cupboards of all rooms for those that feel the cold more even though the house was warm with the heatpump. We would 100% stay here again and bring along a few more people as it is the ideal space for large families. We also left an item behind and the host promptly messaged to advise and arranged for collection. Couldn't fault our stay! Definitely recommend to others looking for spacious accomodation!

Has a lot of beds which meant everyone got a bed to choose from perfect for larger groups. House did get really hot being summer time, there were fans in the cupboards but didn’t use them & place does have Air Con. Heaps of extra blankets also. Beautiful view from the kitchen & large double fridge/freezer which is handy. Only downfall was the rubbish hadn’t been emptied by the truck but someone had put out the front before we arrived so we didn’t have to. Happy with our stay & will keep this place in mind for future stays. Thanks Ming

Really enjoyed our stay, the multiple bathrooms meant we could have male & female and a spare. Great when on a club trip like we were. Having so many single beds available is rare but perfect for large groups. Great kitchen and well stocked with cutlery & crockery. Nice view from the kitchen. The house is up a steep driveway and only room for one vehicle, but there is off street parking. Limited seating in the lounge for large groups, fine for us but if you plan to lounge around maybe not. Overall, a great place to stay at for groups.

Awesome house for a group of 15 people. We all were really surprised to discover the stair up to the top level where we found two extra rooms - kids loved them. A few more bathrooms could be perfect for a big group like us particularly in the morning time. Loved the entry, trees, green grasses and the back yard sitting arrangements where we enjoyed our tea and coffee. Kitchen is modern and spacious where we found all the utensils we needed. It was cold in Auckland during our stay, but for summer I recommend a fan in every room.
