Chad’s home was absolutely incredible! I brought 8 of my friends home with me to experience the Minnesota State Fair, and this was the perfect location and stay for it. 10/10 across the board — especially with how kind, communicative, and accommodating Chad is. Chad’s place is spacious, well maintained, full of supplies, and (my favorite part) holy moly are the beds so comfortable. We had everything we needed to have a relaxing and enjoyable experience, so much so that it was sometimes hard to get ourselves out of the house to explore MN because we were having so much fun. The place is ideally located — about 20 minutes outside of Saint Paul and close to any convenience store/Target you might need. Also, don’t miss taking a nice stroll to Tamblyn’s Family Farm which is a daily Farmer’s Market just up the road. I (and we all) would 100% stay again and I can’t recommend this place enough. This home is even more beautiful in person than the photos. Clean, designed well, and amazing amenities like movie theater room, hottub, grill, and exercise/office room. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The sun hits the backyard perfectly during the day, great to lounge in the sun and the hottub. Chad was more than generous with his accommodations and replied to all messages quickly. Our 10 person group felt very comfortable in the space. We added one more queen blow up mattress to the office room and everyone slept with plenty of space. Bathrooms were clean and had great water pressure. Our large group has stayed at 4 other airbnbs in the past and this one was our favorite by far. Definitely worth the price. Thank you so much!
A total of 8 of us booked this spot for my bachelorette party. We're a pretty chill group of women who like to be outside and this Lake House was just that: chill, relaxing and full of outdoor space. There were lots of amenities and plenty of kitchen gadgets. Having two living rooms was also surprisingly beneficial for us because some people wanted to watch a movie at the same time some people wanted to read a book indoors. The beds were also super comfortable, which is important for our group since we're all 30+ 😉 All in all, this was a great place for our weekend getaway. We're even talking about making it a yearly trip. So hopefully we'll be back next fall 😊❤️
A great house in a great location! Chad’s home is clean, modern, comfortable, well equipped and well laid out. It was also warm, has a spacious bedroom, good sofas, the theater room was awesome, hot tub was so relaxing after a day walking around the city and a great shower, and was very, very easy to rent. Chad communication is super from immediate initial contact, to instructions beforehand, to several messages during the stay to check everything was ok. And it is indeed very central and a very easy stay as a result! Would highly recommend a very convenient home you can book with confidence that it will all work and be very easy!
We had the best family weekend staying at this house! Everything was pristine and so relaxing and comfortable! Lots of room to just hang out and and had all of the necessities needed! The bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated! The neighborhood was very quiet and although the hot tub is near a busier road, you didn’t notice it as they have the privacy fence. The hot tub was perfect for a chilly night and the theater room was the best place to be watching the men’s USA hockey team win the gold!! The host Chad was very prompt when communicating and answering all my questions! Would definitely stay there again!
We had a great time at this location! House was very clean, area was quite, and we felt like there were no neighbors present. Great back yard for hanging out. We loved all the lounging areas throughout the home to hang out. Plenty of space to spread out for larger groups. Plenty of communication both written and through the Airbnb app allowing for an easy check in and checkout. Chad was easy to work worth, very responsive, and accommodating of our group. Highly recommend!!!
It was a great cabin for a weekend with friends; each of the individual rooms had a great bed and its own TV, so we all had our own spaces. The cabin was well stocked with everything we needed, and both the grill and hot tub worked great for us. Hopefully we will be back next year!
Stayed here with 7 others to visit the cities and to take advantage of the great amenities like the theater room and hot tub, it was a great time and had ample space! Host was always responsive and we had no problems with our stay, would love to stay here again!
The space was incredible! The amenities were perfect, the host communicated constantly and everything was clean and well kept. The check in/check out instructions were also very clear. Thank you for an awesome stay at your rental!
We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the fire pit, hammerschlagen, hot tub, and the lake view. Chad was very flexible and responsive. I would recommend staying here!
