Gloria’s apartment is very comfortable and has a super location. It has all the cooking essential, comfy beds, towels, good spaces, and perfect attention from the owner. I recommend this place always.

We loved our 5 nights at this gorgeous apartment in Playa Del Carmen and didn't want to leave! We had a little problem finding it as the directions directly from the Airbnb app took us somewhere else so my tip would be to drive to Que Heuvos restaurant which is directly opposite! But once we were in it was perfect. So modern and clean and spacious... the two beds were huge! Good TV with preinstalled apps like Netflix and Disney. Really nice little pool on the rooftop that we always had to ourselves which was a nice break from the beach. The location is really great too as you are at the start of 5th Ave which is the main street with loads of great restaurants, shops, bars etc. Gloria was always very helpful and responsive too whenever we needed. So to sum it up if you book here you won't regret it!
Gloria’s condo is beautiful! It’s exactly as listed. There was water and soft drinks when we got there which we really appreciated after a long day of traveling. The condo has everything you need for cooking, the shower is heavenly, and the rooftop pool area is very nice and cozy. The building is VERY quiet given that you’re right on 5th Ave. There are several restaurants, a pharmacy, and a delicious bakery called Sabrina’s right outside the building. We really recommend the bakery. The pastries are incredible and the staff is very nice! Overall our stay was very comfortable and we would absolutely 100% recommend this condo. Thank you, Gloria!
Book it! Gloria’s home was perfect, was quick to answer any questions, check in and out easy, keyless entry, spotless condo, filtered (RO) drinking water was a bonus, always felt safe walking in the neighborhood, quiet area, just steps to restaurants and shopping, can walk to the beach -Encanto restaurant/beach club is reasonably priced. Walk up CTM street to 15 or 20th avenue for cheaper taxis, grocery store (Chedraui on 34 st and 10 ave). Great place, hope we can return soon.
Gloria has been the most responsive and proactive host we’ve had in our many years of renting a vacation place. The apartment was conveniently located at the start of 5ta avenida and had groceries and good restaurants less than a block away and the entire 5ta avenida immediately available for shops, pharmacies, and restaurants. As a side note, if you like a potent air conditioning in your bedroom, this apartment is for you!
Lovely place& great host! Had everything we needed for our stay, including beach chairs/umbrella & beach toys. It’s on the quieter end of 5th Ave. but still lots to do and only a short walk to everything . It was exactly what I was looking for. Walkable to great restaurants/cafe around the corner and only 10 mins to beach. Big plus- great breakfast stop at the corner (El Capitán). Would def stay here again!
Excellent place. Water pressure is great. It is super clean. Beds and linens are excellent. It is well located. Easy check-in. Close to good restaurantes, and good public beaches. I would definitely stay here again. The host is friendly, and she welcomed me even when I made a last minute, same day reservation.
This place was wonderful!! Exactly as described. Gloria was very helpful and clearly communicated how to enter the building. Location was great and very walkable to great restaurants nearby. It’s also an excellent location for tour pickup points. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place!
Excellent place to stay, it was our first time in Playa del Carmen and Gloria took a great care of us. Place is perfectly located close to the 5th ave but in more quite part of it. Close to the beach, great food options few mins away. We are highly recommending Gloria and her place to stay!
We had an amazing time at Gloria's place. The place has everything we needed, it is spacious and clean. Great location and safe neighborhood. Our kiddos enjoyed the rooftop pool and the location was perfect. We definitely recommend staying at this place.
