    All prices are in US dollars, per bungalow, per night. A 3-night minimum applies all year, and weekly stays are charged at the nightly rate.

    Low season, April 16 – December 14. Nightly, weekly and monthly stays. Monthly pricing covers each complete 30-night block; extra nights after a full block are charged at the low-season nightly rate.

    High season, December 15 – April 15. Nightly and weekly stays only (3 to 29 nights). Monthly bookings are not available.

    Holidays & festivals. Christmas, New Year's, Easter, Carnaval and the Feria are charged at double the high-season rate, from three days before the celebration to three days after.

    One season per stay. A single booking stays within one season.

    Tax. A 10% tax is added to the lodging subtotal and included in your final total.

    Arrival & payment. Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Please confirm your arrival time at least 48 hours ahead. Payment is in cash on arrival, and your stay is confirmed once we approve your request.
