How do I book a filming location?

Availability

Our homes are available for both short-term and long-term bookings. Production schedules can be accommodated with advance notice. Contact us to check availability for your specific dates and requirements.

Host Rules

Each property has specific guidelines for production use. Our team will walk you through the rules for your chosen location, including noise restrictions, parking for crew vehicles, and any neighborhood-specific requirements.

Cancellation Policy

Accepted Answer

In most cases, we have a Flexible Cancellation Policy. Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 days before the event start time and receive a full refund (including all fees) of their booking price. Guests may cancel their booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding fees) of their booking price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time is not refundable.

While each home may vary slightly in how many attendees it can accommodate, our typical home allows for a minimum of 30.

Insurance

A COI (Certificate of Insurance) is a requirement and must adhere to the standards of the California Film Commission with no less than $1M in coverage. Still photography, film, digital or new media without automobiles requires: Certificate(s) of Insurance (COI) as evidence of General Liability coverage in the amount not less than $1,000,000 for each occurrence, a separate additional insured endorsement for the State of California, and Workers Compensation coverage. Still photography, film, digital or new media with automobiles requires all documents listed above plus Automobile Liability coverage in an amount not less than $1,000,000 for each accident.
