These terms govern your use of this site and any stay you book through it with Secret Box Cabin ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing this site or making a reservation, you agree to them.

Bookings

You must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and the person booking is responsible for everyone in the party.
A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a booking confirmation from us. A request or a pending payment is not a confirmed stay.
The reservation covers the dates, property, and guest count shown on your confirmation. Extra guests, pets, or visitors need our written approval.

Rates, fees, and taxes

Rates are quoted in the currency shown at checkout and may change until your reservation is confirmed.
Optional add-ons and services you purchase are charged in addition to the stay total.

Payments

You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts shown at checkout, including any scheduled balance payment.
We may place a security deposit hold or require a damage waiver where the property calls for one; the amount and timing are disclosed before you book.
Unpaid balances may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellations follow the cancellation policy displayed on your reservation at the time you booked.
Date changes and other modifications depend on availability and are not guaranteed.
If circumstances outside our control make the property unusable, we will offer alternative dates or an alternative property where we have one.
Rescheduling incurs a $150 fee and must be done 30 days prior to your arrival.

Check-in, check-out, and house rules

Please honor the published check-in and check-out times unless we approve an exception in writing.
You agree to follow the house rules for the property, which form part of these terms.
Smoking, parties and events, and any illegal activity are prohibited unless we have explicitly approved otherwise in writing.
We may end a stay without refund for serious or repeated rule violations.

Care of the property and damage

Please treat the property and its contents with reasonable care, and tell us promptly about damage or anything that needs repair.
You are responsible for loss or damage caused by you, your party, or your visitors, beyond normal wear and tear.

Accuracy of this site

We work to keep descriptions, photos, availability, and pricing accurate, but we cannot promise the site is free of errors. Where an obvious error affects your reservation, we will tell you and give you the choice to confirm at the correct terms or cancel for a full refund.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for personal injury, loss or theft of personal property, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your stay or your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Third-party services

Links, integrations, and services from other companies appear on this site for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their terms.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, photos, logos, and design — belongs to us or to our licensors, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the property is located, and disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page applies to bookings made after it is posted, and the date below shows when it last changed.
