Booking terms
These Booking Terms govern the process of booking Palm Peach Properties’ rentals. By making a booking you agree to comply with them; if you do not agree with any part, please do not book.
1. Booking
- Property selection. Browse the condos and pick the one that suits your dates and party.
- Booking request. A booking request includes the rental dates and any other details required.
- Confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after we accept it and a confirmation has been sent. Availability is not guaranteed until then.
- Payment. Payment terms, including any deposit or prepayment, are shown during booking.
2. Cancellations and changes
- Cancellation by the guest must follow the cancellation policy shown for the condo, which may involve fees or forfeiture depending on timing.
- Cancellation by us. If we cancel a confirmed booking, payments made are refunded in full; we are not responsible for other costs or losses.
- Amendments to a confirmed booking (dates, number of guests) are subject to availability and our approval, and may carry additional charges.
3. Check-in and check-out
Check-in details and times are provided before arrival. Guests must leave by the stated check-out time; a late departure may be charged. Late check-out is at our discretion and may carry a fee.
4. Guest responsibilities
- Care of the property. Report any damage immediately; guests may be liable for repair or replacement.
- Occupancy. Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the listing; exceeding it may cancel the booking without refund.
- Noise and behaviour. Respect the neighbours and local noise rules; disruptive behaviour may lead to eviction without refund.
5. Security deposits
A security deposit may be required to cover potential damage; the amount and conditions are communicated at booking and the deposit is returned within the stated period after check-out if there is no damage or breach of these terms.
6. Liability and insurance
We are not responsible for loss or injury beyond what the law requires. Guests are encouraged to carry insurance for cancellations, personal injury or damage to property.
7. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any proceedings are subject to the courts there.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time; changes take effect when posted, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
