Dual Suite Home

Great location. Very walkable, about 10-15 mins, to North Park restaurants/area and about 10 min drive to Balboa park area. Neighborhood feels very safe and it’s very quiet at night Having a garage is a huge plus, as street parking is very limited. It was also great to have a fenced front yard for my dog. Overall it was a great place and a good value.

Lisa’s a great host! Very responsive and her descriptions are very accurate. This was a very comfortable stay and I loved how we were walking distance from unique eateries. Driving to the beach and downtown wasn’t an issue either! Would definitely recommend this stay.

Probably my favorite airbnb ive stayed at in San Diego. The setup for 2 couples is perfect and the garage is very convenient. I didnt get to use the gym equipment but it was nice that it was available. The location was also a big plus. My last stay had a lot of homeless in the area and this place did not. In fact, it was extremely walkable. We walked back home at night from mixed grounds coffee and it was nice. I would definitely stay here again when i come back.

We loved staying at Lisa's condo and would absolutely book again. The place was exactly as advertised, comfortable, and the AC kept things cool the whole stay. Having stayed at a lot of rentals in San Diego, this was one of the quietest we've experienced — great for getting work done during the day. The location is hard to beat, with easy access to the freeways and walking distance to many great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in North Park, plus within easy reach of Hillcrest and University Heights. A few standout details: the garage is spacious and easy to navigate (no tight squeezes), the washer and dryer both worked great, and the fenced-in front yard was an unexpected but really nice bonus. Lisa herself was responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting San Diego
