Santorini Beach 1BR Suite

We felt genuinely welcome here from day one. Compared to many other apartments we've seen in Da Nang, this one was really clean — and it was cleaned every second day, with fresh water provided as well. That was a lovely touch. The location is great: central, close to the beach, and within walking distance of some excellent restaurants. The reception and staff were consistently friendly and always easy to reach whenever we needed something. A few things worth knowing before booking. The terrace sits right by the reception and main entrance, so there's a constant flow of people, staff and workers passing by — very little privacy out there. On top of that, a new construction site has opened up directly opposite, with noise from around 6 a.m. until 7 p.m. Between the two, we barely used the terrace at all. Neither is the host's fault, but worth keeping in mind if outdoor space matters to you. Everything else was great, though — we felt very comfortable here and would happily stay again.

Positives: - Nice apartment, we enjoyed our stay, it was really cozy. - 24/7 active receptionist. Whatever happens, there is always someone to assist you. - Very responsive staff. We told them that the shower drain was clogged, and went for a walk. When we returned, it was already fixed. - Supermarket is 2 min walk, beach is 10 min walk. - The host is very active, taking care of the guests. Negatives (not that bad, actually): - The sound insulation is not the best. In the first 2 nights, I couldn’t sleep because of the loud people outside. But this is standard in Da Nang, everyone is complaining about it. Considering all these, it was an exceptional vacation for us, and in big part thanks to Mai Anh. We had so much fun in Da Nang. The vietnamese are the nicest people we met in all our travels. Reccommended 🫶

This was our second stay and we are just as pleased as our first. We have already reserved a third stay in a different unit. Very nice apartment on the shady side of the building. The staff continues to impress and went above and beyond to assist needed. The apartment is tastefully decorated, the bed is very comfortable, good space with good storage. We did not prepare meals but the kitchen seems equipped to do so. We would feel comfortable staying again in this apartment even for an extended stay. We still feel fortunate to have found this property. Highly recommend.

I absolutely loved this place. We stayed here for a whole month, and I truly felt at home. The apartment feels very bright and clean, and there is also cleaning service provided by the hosts. I also felt very comfortable and safe because there is a host available on weekdays and security in the evenings. The air conditioners work perfectly in both rooms, the shower has strong water pressure, and there is excellent hot water that doesn’t run out after five minutes like in some places. The bed is very comfortable, and I really love this area because there are many delicious restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place!
