Enjoy the stunning east coast views of this brand new holiday home overlooking Kakanui Beach and river. There is plenty of room to relax or work with an open plan breakfast bar, lounge, and dining area. Take in the morning and afternoon sun on the front and back decks, and enjoy the ambience of the wood fire in the cooler months. Kakanui is popular for dog walking, whitebait fishing, surfing, and whale spotting! Easy 12 min drive to Oamaru town, or 20 mins to Moeraki boulders.

We loved our stay in Kakanui. This beautiful home is in a perfect location with incredible ocean views and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The house was warm, cosy, and inviting, and our favourite moments were spent having a slow morning and enjoying the sunrise. A truly special place to stay, and one we would highly recommend. A beautiful home with an amazing sea view. The two big decks meant access to sun and shade and were well furnished. House was comfortable, modern and very clean. Couldn't fault it, apart from losing the fight for the master suite. Will have to return for that. Very powerful showers and plenty of hot water. Walk down the street one way and on Kakanui Beach, walk the other way on same street and at Campbells Bay, such a good location in a great spot. Highly recommend this property.
Absolutely beautiful place to stay! Plenty of utensils and living space. Spacious outer deck on both side of the house. Great view of sunrise and walking distance to the beach. The host Melissa was very responsive and helpful during the stay.
这个房子远超我们的预期，可以体验柴火壁炉，尤其是在冬天这一点很重要。我和我的朋友们爱死这个壁炉了，我们都舍不得离开那片区域。家里有超丰富的厨房用具，我认为可以满足做饭的所有需求。地板和床品都超级新和干净，洗浴也是，一切都是崭新的。还拥有超大的前后院子。我认为如果是自驾的话，这个房子是一个超值得去住的。因为它离奥马鲁仅有十分钟车程，我相信同价格在奥马鲁找不到这么好的房源。如果可以的话，我很希望能再次入住在下一次的新西兰之旅。说实话，我个人觉得爱彼迎上的照片可以拍的再好一点哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈

New holiday home that boasts a large master bedroom with queen bed, full-size ensuite, and a sliding door that opens onto the front deck with sea views. The other two bedrooms have comfortable queen beds with doors that open onto the sunny back deck. The second bathroom has a shower, bath, and separate toilet. The house front and back decks have outdoor furniture and a large gas BBQ. Heated by wood fire and heat pump. All brand new appliances and quality bed linens. The house has a staircase at the front door that leads to the living areas and bedrooms. No disabled access.
Smoking or vaping outside only. No parties please, and only 6 people maximum allowed to stay. Please clean and put away your dishes, wipe down kitchen bench, and leave the house tidy as found. Please make sure all rubbish is removed from kitchen, rooms, and bathrooms, and take your rubbish to the green wheelie bin downstairs on leaving.
