We had such an amazing stay at the house. We had so much fun at the pool and game room. We had serious competition gaming in the garage. The house is huge and absolutely beautiful! Everyone had more than enough space and the beds were extremely comfortable. If am able to plan another family vacation in that area, I would love to be able to stay here again. Our stay was amazing! The hosts were all so kind, welcoming, and extremely responsive anytime we had a question or needed anything. The house was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we could possibly need to feel comfortable. You can really tell they care about their guests and take pride in the space. Steven was an amazing host. His turnaround texts and communications were answered almost immediately, clear directions to the home and clear instructions for the home. 10 Stars – Exceptional Stay! We had an absolutely amazing time at your 5BR Luxury Retreat! Play, Relax, Unwind! Disney! The home was even better than the photos—spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfectly clean. Every room was thoughtfully set up with comfort in mind, and the amenities were top-notch. The game room and pool were huge hits with both the kids and adults, and the location made it super convenient to get to Disney and other attractions. A very special thank you to Steven and Josh for accommodating us with a late check-out—it made our departure so much more relaxed and stress-free. Your hospitality and responsiveness throughout our stay were greatly appreciated! Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a luxurious, fun, and comfortable getaway. STARTER SUPPLIES We provide a welcome kit to get you started: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, paper towel, garbage bags, laundry & dishwasher pods, and basic kitchen cleaning supplies. A Walmart is just 1.5 miles away for anything else you need. HOUSEKEEPING The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.
• Guests must be 21+ to book unless accompanied by a responsible adult. • The property is inspected before and after every stay. Missing, broken, or damaged décor, towels, or inventory may result in loss of deposit and a charge based on the value of the item or damage. • Only registered guests may stay overnight (please send your guest list before check-in), and all guests entering the resort must be registered. Unregistered or unapproved overnight guests will result in a $100 charge. • Additional guests may be registered for an extra $25.00 per guest, only with host approval. • Resort facilities are operated by a third party, and their availability cannot be guaranteed. • Vehicles parked in violation of the resort's parking rules are subject to immediate towing. • Unapproved late checkout may result in a fee of up to one night's rent plus taxes and fees. • For security, there is one Ring doorbell on the exterior of the property. • TRASH: All trash must be in large garbage bags and placed in the trash bench outside, and the raccoon lock must be secured every time — Florida raccoons are persistent! Loose trash requiring collection will result in a $100 charge. • GRILLING: Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited. The only grill permitted is the propane grill we provide, which can be added to your reservation for $75 for the entire stay. Use of your own propane or charcoal grill may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. • The thermostat is set between 69–72°F. • POOL HEAT: The pool heater works through heat exchange and may not function in very low temperatures. Pool heat can be added for $30 per night (3-night minimum) and must be requested 48 hours in advance. The pool may take up to 24 hours to reach temperature; if paid in advance, we'll turn the heat on at least 24 hours before your arrival. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather. • SMOKING: No smoking or vaping inside the home — patio only. Any smell of smoke or vape inside the property may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. • Stained or damaged towels (dirt, makeup, blood, food, etc.) will be charged at $25.00 per towel. Dark face towels are provided for makeup removal. • Please keep all exterior doors closed, including the interior garage door, to keep the Florida heat out and avoid unneeded stress on the AC unit.
