Cold mountain air drifts across the ridgelines as you step onto the deck, steam rising from the hot tub while the valley stretches quietly below. Inside, warm light pours through floor-to-ceiling windows, and the crackle of the indoor fireplace sets an easy, unhurried pace. Winter days here are made for slow mornings, mountain views, and cozy evenings spent together. This pet-friendly cabin sits on a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking Wears Valley, Sevierville, and Pigeon Forge, offering sweeping mountain and valley views from multiple decks. With space to sleep up to 4 adults and 4 children, the cabin includes one bedroom plus a loft and two full baths, making it well suited for families or mixed-age groups. Sleeping arrangements The main level features a king master suite with hardwood floors. The cozy living room has floor to ceiling large windows which frame the mountain views. Upstairs, an open loft functions as both a bedroom and a game room, with a full bath that includes a jetted tub and tile shower. A small kid sleeping loft, accessed by ladder, provides an additional tucked-away space for younger guests. Indoor living and entertainment Vaulted cathedral ceilings and expansive windows give the living area an open, airy feel while keeping you connected to the beautiful landscape outside. Evenings are easy to fill with movie nights on the TV, friendly competition around the pool table or classic arcade games in the loft. A sound system, books, and board games are available, along with family-friendly amenities including a pack ’n play, children’s books, and a highchair. Year-round comfort is supported by air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor stack stone electric fireplace. A washer, dryer add convenience for longer stays. Kitchen and dining Enter through the front deck into a full galley kitchen designed for preparing meals at home. Stainless steel appliances and a functional layout make cooking straightforward, while the adjacent dining area seats six and offers mountain views that is constantly changing depending on the sun and clouds. Outdoor living Front and rear decks invite you outside even in cooler weather, whether you’re soaking in the hot tub after a day of exploring or taking in the quiet from a covered seating area. Outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, and a park style charcoal grill create flexible spaces to enjoy the mountain setting across seasons. Additional details The property offers parking for up to three cars and six steps leading into the cabin. Self-check-in is provided via smart lock. Exterior security cameras are installed for safety, along with a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. A seasonal outdoor pool is available nearby from Memorial Day to Labor Day. There are hand weights, a workout step and exercise tapes for those that want to get in your daily exercise. We do not have an exercise room. Note: Please note that 4-wheel drive or chains are required in snow and ice. There is a fireplace in the pavilion at the amenities center. You can bring your own wood and enjoy a fire. Just need to make sure there are no weddings going on that evening. The seasonal outdoor pool is open Memorial Day Weekend until Labor Day weekend. It is located at the intersection of Wears Valley Road and Happy Hollow Road. It is about 3.5 miles away. Kiss the Clouds does not belong to the amenities center at the Preserve Resort. This cabin is pet friendly. There is a one-time pet fee per pet per stay. Additional pets over 1 will not be added to the AirBnB total price. I will have to send you a payment request for the additional pet fee. Make sure you have checked the pet box on AirBnB if you are bringing a pet. There are about 6 steps leading into the cabin. There is room out front for three cars. When booking, please include your email address. "Kiss the Clouds" can accommodate up to 8 people. However, we limit the number of adults to 4. We do make exceptions. There will be an additional charge of $20.00 plus tax per adult in your group over 4 per day. Come experience for yourself everything this cabin has to offer. Carbon Monoxide detectors are not required. We have no gas appliances. We have no garage. A note about the preauthorization for the soft hold on your credit card for the security deposit. You will be required to put a credit card on file with our property management software. AirBnB does not give us your credit card information, so we will need this information. If you use a credit card, there will be a soft hold on your credit card. If you use a debit card, the amount will actually come out of your bank account and then be put back in when no damages or extra cleaning is needed. Your booking will not be confirmed until you put a credit card on file with our property management software for the soft hold security deposit. Please do this ASAP. The soft hold will go into effect the day prior to your stay and be released about 5 days after your departure if we find no additional cleaning or damages.

• No smoking Great Smoky Vacations Guests are required to sign the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking or the reservation may be cancelled. You will get a link to sign the rental agreement. Guests are required to furnish a credit card for the security deposit hold. You will receive a link to put your credit card information on file with our property management software. These two steps need to be taken care of or you will not receive your key code for access to the cabin. Please take care of them ASAP after booking. Check your spam if you don't receive an email. 1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. EST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. EST. 2. This is a NON SMOKING cabin. 3. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 4. PAYMENT - You will have to refer to the AirBnB policy for payment terms. There will be a PreAuthorization hold put on your credit card for up to $300.00 for any damage done to the property. 5. CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur a 6% penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. 'Bookings made less than 60 days before arrival are non refundable.' Please note that the fee you pay to the listing site may not be refunded. 6. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS - Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in. 7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to eight (8) persons. An additional charge of $20.00 per person per night for guests in addition to eight (8) may be assessed. There will be an additional charge for any adult in your party over 4. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. 8. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than two days, the guest will be charged the two-night rate. 9. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. 10. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however maid services are available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring towels for the hot tub and seasonal outdoor pool. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Please put dishes in dishwasher before you leave and take all trash to the dumpster out front. Also put back all furniture and items where you found them. An additional charge will be assessed if these check out procedures are not followed. 11. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice. 12. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. No Subletting. 13. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 14. We strive to keep the cabin in great working order but like our own home, something might be wrong from time to time. We try to get these repairs done as soon as possible as per vendors schedules permit. Refunds are not given unless your stay has to be cancelled by the owner if the property is inhabitable. 15. Children must be supervised at all times especially on the decks and ladder to the loft. 16. Guests agree not to turn the air conditioner below 72 degrees. 17. If you are traveling with a pet, you agree to abide by the pet rules and pay a $120.00 plus tax fee per pet per stay. This is in addition to the total paid to Airbnb. We will send you a payment link for the pet fee. AirBnB will not add in a pet fee for any additional pets you may have past the first pet. If you check any amount of pets, it will only charge you for one pet. If you do not report a pet, you will incur a $250.00 fine. 18. We encourage you to get travel insurance. 19. If there are more than 4 adults in your group, you agree to pay an additional $20.00 per night per adult in your party over 4 adults. 20. At any time during, before, or after your stay with us, your information may be shared with a website designed to report guest who are disrespectful of the rental property. By signing this contract, you agree that all communications--with the exception of personal phone numbers, banking and credit card info, and street addresses--between the renter and owner regarding renting this cabin, may be recorded and published to a public web site. 21. The Preserves Resort is in the mountains. 4 Wheel drive or chains are required in snow and ice. The following pet rules do not apply to service dogs. 1. Please remember to bring your pets toys so he/she is not bored on your vacation. 2. Dogs cannot be left unsupervised in the cabin unless in a crate. 3. All pets must be on a flea treatment system. 4. Dogs must be leashed at all times, when outside the cabin, and under the control of their owner. 5. Please clean up after your pet. If your pet happens to have an accident, there is some spray under the kitchen sink to spray on the spot after you clean it up to get the odor out. 6. Please do not leave your pet unattended on the decks. 7. We would ask that you do not allow your pet on the furniture. However, if he/she is a service animal and must be on the furniture with you, please put out a dog blanket before allowing him/her on the furniture. There is a waterproof thick blanket in the dog crate. Please do not use quilts from the beds. 8. Please bring your dog's own pet blanket for the crate provided. 9. When it is time to go, please put the pet bowls in the dishwasher with the rest of your dirty dishes and turn on the dishwasher. 10. We also bring along our dog's food in case the local store doesn't carry our brand. Our dogs' stomachs aren't good with switching their dog food. 11. We hope you and your pet enjoy your stay.
