Wooded Views | King Bed | No Stairs

We loved this apartment! Great location, surrounded by trees and extremely clean! We'll be back for sure!

The apartment is brand new as well as all of the furnishings. Kitchen was well equipped and I appreciated the Keurig coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable as well as the furniture in the Living Room. The location is great. It is a quiet complex and very convenient to Jordan Creek Mall and lots of great restaurants. When we come back to Des Moines to we will definitely stay here if it is available. Great experience from beginning to end.

I'll start this review by saying that I am very picky about vacation rentals! But being self-aware about that, also very fair. So when I say this rental was a 5 star, I mean it! It was so neat & clean, and had everything we could possibly need without being cluttered. The furniture was comfy, mattress was great with soft linens, clean bathroom & kitchen, a large closet. Security was also great - you have a code to get into the building, and a code to get into your own door. And a garage with an opener came with the unit as well! The view from the back was a lovely wooded area, and if you are on the deck you could see the pool. We had an issue with the lock on the sliding glass door, but Josiah responded immediately to our need and helped us figure it out before we went to bed. Superior customer service! The location was interesting as you kind of feel like you are out in nowhere, but really just a few minutes drive to dining, shopping, etc. Would choose this place again!

10/10 would stay at this rental again! Easy access to check in and check out. Located in a great location lots of amenities around the property! Josiah was a great host very attentive and responsive. We enjoyed our stay thank you again
