Welcome to our Tahoe Village condo, a cozy two-story retreat in Stateline. Ride the community shuttle to the ski lift in winter, then come home to four queen beds, a fully equipped kitchen and fast Starlink WiFi. Two downstairs bedrooms plus an upstairs loft give the group room to spread out. Parking is right out front, and self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival easy. Casinos, dining and the lake are a short drive away.

Transportation
A car is the easiest way to get around. Tahoe Village is up the mountain, so restaurants, shops and the lake are a short drive rather than a walk. • Ski season: Use the Tahoe Village shuttle to the lift and skip parking at the resort. • Winter driving: Kingsbury Grade can be icy and snowy. A 4WD/AWD vehicle and tire chains are strongly recommended, and chain controls are common during storms. • Parking: 2 spots in front of the building, first come, first served. Display our Douglas County parking passes. • Rideshare: Uber and Lyft serve the South Shore, but wait times up the grade can be long, especially late at night and during storms. • Airports: Reno-Tahoe International (RNO) is about 1 hour 15 minutes away in good weather. Sacramento (SMF) is about 2 hours 15 minutes.
