Cabin on large Pond

A very quaint location. Overall the location is very nice but it is not fully renovated as advertised. There is a nice pond on the property but some of the other resources that are listed such as the sauna are shared between other properties on the land. I do think this place has a lot of potential, but at the current price point, it is difficult to justify the price. My first complaint is that the property is advertised as a fully renovated, but it is at best 75%. The farm house is a little dusty inside and has some insects. Not a major problem but for a fully renovated property, you would think the doors and windows would seal completely to prevent spiders and other small insects from entering. The upper level bedrooms are very warm in the summer and I think it would be very difficult to sleep there given the relatively poor circulation from the first level AC system. The AC does a sufficient job of cooling the lower level though.
