• Due to neighbor proximity and out of courtesy to neighbors, parties are not allowed. • Fireworks are strictly prohibited. • Guests checking out on Sundays, please put trash bins at end of driveway for pick up. They are located outside of the garage service door. • There is a security camera in the back yard that looks only at the dock and owners boat. This is for safety and to ensure no foul play as well as protects the owners personal belongings. You may use the dock to fish at your discretion (fishing equipment not provided).
