🏠HOUSE RULES: • This neighborhood enforces a strict quiet hours policy from 10pm - 8am. You must abide by excessive noise policies for both inside and outside the property premises. • Please refrain from excessive driving up and down the shared driveway on the hill during quiet hours (10pm - 8am) and please be respectful of our neighbors and drive up quietly as it may disturb our bottom neighbors. • There is a max limit of 4 cars allowed on the premises of the property. If the number of cars does not match with our house policies, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. • No Shoes inside the property, Indoor slippers are welcome. • No Extra/ Overnight Guests (Have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays • No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time) • No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified) • No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc No Pre-Check in •Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee) • No Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors • No parking anywhere other than the assigned spaces we show you • No loud noise or music past 9 pm NOTES: ⚠️Pets must be approved and disclosed to the hosts (Extra charges & deposits will be needed) Dogs ✔️ ($500 refundable pet fee) Cats 🚫
